12 Inch 2 Pack Guitar Patch Cable 30 CM Straight to Angled

If you're jumpering channels on a Marshall JTM45, these 6-inch angled cables are absolutely perfect. I've been chasing that classic Hendrix/Clapton jumped tone for years, and these little cables have made the setup clean and reliable. The 15cm length is ideal for connecting the Normal channel to the High Treble channel on the JTM45's front panel. Unlike longer cables that create a mess of loops hanging off the amp face, these sit perfectly flat against the control panel. Build quality is rock solid. The connectors have a firm, positive click when inserted, and the cable itself is flexible enough to route easily but thick enough to handle the abuse of regular plugging/unplugging. I've been using a pair for about 8 months of regular gigging and home playing, and they show zero signs of wear. No crackling, no intermittent connections, no signal loss. Tone-wise, they're transparent. When jumping the JTM45's channels, you want to hear the full blend of the Normal channel's warmth with the High Treble's bite, and these deliver without adding any coloration or rolling off highs. The shielding is excellent—no added noise even with the amp cranked and sitting next to stage lights. At this price, I bought several pairs. One set lives permanently on my JTM45, another in my gig bag as spares, and I use them on my pedalboard too.

These sound fine and seeming to be good patch cables. I needed 12 inch for my rig and grabbed these based off reviews. I hadn't noticed they have one angled side. I would prefer both be angled. I ultimately ought these because of being able to access the solder points should they need repaired. I would have prefered a braided jacket or at least a thicker one. My experience tells me that they hold up better, but for the price and the sound, it's fair. I would have given 5 stars if they were in a braided jacket and had 2 right angled plugs. The do to the job nicely. They are flexible. The cables don't seem very thick, especially compared to my other cables. I am unsure of they will handle routine gigging. One is running from a expression/wah style pedal into a RP1000 floor processor and the other is going going between a 10 band EQ and my amps FX loop input. No noise. No tone loss. Sound wise, they work great. Just not sure about the durability in the long run.
