Solid build, great sound.
Bought this (in black) for use during power cuts or down the garden shed. Lovely, solid radio. Traditional in looks. FM or AM. Easy to tune and adjust the volume. Takes 3 large batteries but these seem to last a really long time. Good reception with good clarity. Great sound through the single speaker and can be turned up loud without distortion.A truly good buy, thoroughly recommend.

Great radio for older people, people with reduced sight, anyone with dementia, or if you just want a good radio with a simple on/off button which also controls volume and no other fuss! You can also install batteries so you can take it anywhere. Good aerial and reception. Nice sound. Very easy to tune. Perfect, no fuss radio. Easy to carry around if you need to, with a good solid handle.

It’s a lovely size and easy to use. Clear and defined sound. Good old fashioned style radio that older people can actually use. Plugs into the mains. Twist big dial to turn on and off. I do recommend this
