Most recent jar was so separated and the chunk of pecan stuff in it so hard, it was painful and difficult to stir. Yeah, I could have stayed with it but I had another brand I knew stirred pretty easily, so I gave up on this. But if you don't mind the considerable work on stirring some jars of this, taste is good. It is ground very smooth.
