Compared to some other lighter non-stick frying pans I've purchased, these heat more evenly, take a lower induction top setting and are more durable. I'm not a gourmet cook, but my wife and I cook eggs and breakfast meat 4 or 5 days a week plus other frying duties at dinnertime. I thought these pans were very solid (hefty) for the price. The provided lid can be used with all of the pans. They clean easily and seem more durable than the smoother non-stick finishes. It's been a year now, and they're still going strong. There's a little discoloration probably from all the butter used for quesadillas and cheese sandwiches. Purely cosmetic, though. Doesn't bother us.

Heavy rugged super non stick. Have had heavy use for months and no decline in performance. Easy to clean. As non stick as the day they were new. They take a minute to heat up on a radiant cooktop because of the mass, but once heated, heat is evenly distributed. And you can still put a sear on food, unlike PTFE coated pans which do not last. Inexpensive and reliable. What is not to like?

They do have some scratches in them already and some staining that's difficult to remove. They do cook evenly but the handles aren't oven safe, so that's sort of a downer.

Great pans. The non stick surface works great, pans heat nicely, clean easily, and are very durable. Lid works great also. We’ve purchased more expensive pans previously - these cooksmark pans are defintely our favorite. Works both on our induction stove and on our gas stove very well.

Purchased as a gift for expert cook. Pans were well-received and reports are excellent. They are being used on a non-inductive cooktop.From my own examination, the quality is great. The pans are slightly heavy due to their substantial thickness. The bottoms are absolutely flat which helps for glass-top surfaces. Bottoms are so good, they look machined or milled. I cannot imagine these warping anytime soon. No-stick surfaces are attractive and, at least initially, fully effective.Note: The handles are solid and substantial, but will not hold up in an oven.

Very pleased with this set of cookware. Although it takes them a few minutes to heat up, the food cooks well once they do. They are especially easy to clean--never had an issue with food sticking. I also like the cover which can be used on the two larger pans.

I have already used all three of these and love them. The flat bottoms are wonderful and keep the butter pats from rolling to one side or the other when melting. The lid that fits several different sizes of pots or pans is unique and so easy to use. They are also heavy and sturdy which is a good thing. I am so glad I purchased these pans.

Cooksmark Faraday Induction Compatible Dishwasher Safe With Universal Silicone & Glass Lid Granite Nonstick Coating Aluminum Frying Pan set, Cookware Set, 3 piece (8-Inch, 10-Inch, 11-Inch) I purchased this frying pan set in June 2017 as I wanted the three different sizes. They're great to use on my induction cooktop but I'm not happy with the way the actual cooking surface is manufactured. The middle/center of the cooking surface is slightly domed and, as another reviewer stated, the food tends to slip away to the sides. I've found that I do need to use some kind of oil as the natural granite nonstick coating doesn't perform well.Also, despite using only silicone utensils in these pans, there are some scratch marks in the natural granite nonstick coating. I can only assume that these scratch marks are due to "crispy" bits of food marking the surface during cooking.The best feature about these frying pans, for me, is the silicone rim and vented tempered glass universal lid, which is perfect - love that idea!

Ho ordinato questo set ma invece ho ricevuto un set di 3 padelle e 3 coperchi del marchio "Bavaria". Alla prova calamita, sebbene non ci sia scritto nulla sulla confezione, risultano essere comunque ad induzione, sono fatte bene e sono anche belle pesantiImmagino che la sostituzione sia avvenuta per la non disponibilità dell'articolo ordinato e sinceramente non me ne lamento dato che per lo stesso prezzo ho avuto 6 pezzi invece che 4.Buon feedback anche per il venditore che ha spedito nei tempi previsti e con un ottimo imballaggio.

Das Bratpfannen-Set ist wirklich sehr, sehr gut und auch weiter zu Empfehlen !Praktisch ist ebenso, dass die Pfannen mit sehr wenig Öl, bzw. Fett auskommen ( braucht dadurch eine etwas längere Garzeit )Und das alles zu einem hervorragenden Preis.
