if you breath in thri the mouth piece, what is the other side for, the side where the tube is streachy?? where does that connect to on the nebulizer?

It's a good question and a popular one. The tube you describe departs opposite the mouthpiece, serves as an inlet for inhaled air that passes over the medicine cup as you inhale, and a vent as you exhale. Medicine in the cup bubbles to become airborne particles. These are driven into the breathing chamber by the force of oxygen that is connected under the medicine cup. The beneficial outcome is that even while experiencing difficulty breathing, and with minimal effort, you can inhale an effective concentration of the drug each time you draw a breathe until the medicine in the cup is consumed, generally only a few minutes and often a remarkable improvement. Less effort to breathe, improved oxygen exchange in the lungs and a better outlook on life in general.

Hope long is the lifespan of product?

The lifespan is really well actually they're built really well pretty durable I only have to replace mine about every 2 or 3 months

Does this come with the stopper for the other end of the tee or are both ends open?

I'm not sure really what you're asking. One end attaches to the machine and the other attaches to the Mouthpiece apparatus. Both ends of the tubing are the same and open.
