Excellent product for relaxation
I researched what could help me sleep and magnesium came up. I saw the advert for this company on social media. It has a very faint lavender scent. You spray it 3 times on the inside of each elbow and the back of your knees. Rub it in, give it a few seconds to dry and then off to bed. I find this spray relaxes me ready for sleep, which I struggle with. I did use a magnesium butter from another but it didn’t have the same effect and the cream smelt stale on my skin the next morning so I repurchased this. No irritation, can be used on any aches and pains.

Works a treat
Bought this to help with restless legs. I've found it works very well. it's quite strange, because it doesn't give an instant relief, but a very gradual one, and so it almost made me unsure if it was helping at first. But it's definitely improved my sleep quality, as a few sprays of this sorts the restless legs right out. Took 1 star off because I felt the product was pretty expensive.

This is the answer to restless legs!
I get bad restless legs and pulsing leg muscles which leads to sleepless nights. Applying this spray before I to bed gives a marked improvement. I'd be lost without it.

Excellent product and service
I have been using this magnesium spray for a while now and it definitely helps me sleep better. I was sceptical at first but you need to use it for a good few weeks to feel the benefits. The company is brilliant. Next day delivery at no charge and the packaging is 1st class. They even scent the inside tissue. Lovely!
