This book was very helpful for my college classes. My husband and I were both able to use it went we went through the same program.

Great read for classes
I like this book because it has been super helpful with my classes. I am taking a leadership masters course and it has the research and findings that are up-to-date to ensure my research is correct. I also like that the font in the book is larger than most, but still not too large. Most of the material is easy read and there are great questions provided as resources to gain understanding from.
