This is a great foot for joining pieces of leftover batting for a new quilt! I'm sure it's good for other tasks, but that was my main reason for buying it and I was very happy with the results.

Works as expected
I like having the vertical guide rather than a marking on the foot. It helps me keep things straight using touch rather than solely depending on sight. The guide seems sturdy and will last quite awhile. If you wrenched it I'm sure it would bend, so make sure nothing catches on it.
