Review: My go-to bags for dry aging! - As the title says, these are my go-to bags for dry aging. I typically do large ribeye roasts but also did large briskets in these. They are a bit challenging to seal using a small vacuum sealer because you have to do a half at a time since some of these bags are larger, but once you get the hang of it (or unless you have a large sealing machine), it's smooth sailing. I definitely like to keep these bags on hand for those times I find meat on sale.

This product worked great. This is brisket after 45 days. My fridge never smelled. I kept it on a cookie rack. I was a little concerned after reading all the bad reviews. But, I bought them anyway. We used our vacuum sealer. We double sealed it just in case. My only recommendation is to use a bigger cut of meat. I was just testing it. If your bag didn't seal, you didn't do it right. It wasn't hard or complicated.
