A: 0.3% and quite high in phenols. Thank you

**Q: Does the label indicate the date of bottling?**
A: The label does not indicate date of bottling.  It indicates the best by date.  You can however trace the Lot number stamped on the label to get that information.  This is a great product and absolutely fresh!

**Q: What is the polyphenol content of this oil?**
A: By definition, high phenolic olive oil contains at least 250 mg polyphenols per kilogram of oil and it depends how the oils are processed and stored. Ellora Farms Organic & PDO Extra Virgin Olive Oil contained 350 mg at the time of bottling and can be classified as Heart Healthy as per European regulation.
