How can I find the nutrition content of the vitamins? For example I need a certain amount of extra iron in my diet.

This is tricky. Being a natural product, there is no control over the exact quantities of the various nutrients in this product, so they are not listed in that way. But reasonable guesses can be inferred from the materials that go into these capsules. Most of the iron will be in the liver fraction. There is 1.5 grams of dessicated liver in the recommended six capsule dose. If you figure that the dessication process results in a 10:1 reduction in weight from fresh liver, this would represent the nutrition in 15 grams, or 1/2 ounce of fresh liver. 4 ounces of fresh liver contains on average 5.54 mg of iron. So the dessicated liver in this product would be expected to have .6925 mg or 692.5 mcg of iron. For a man, this is approximately 8.66 percent of your recommended 8 grams of daily iron. For women, this is approximately 3.85 percent of their daily iron requirement of 18 mg. So, this product is not a great source of iron (compared to an iron supplement), but the iron it contains is mainly heme iron, and is highly bioavailable.  Dessication should not hurt the iron content. I think you would get good results from an iron perspective using this product with a diet that contains a good amount of red meat. Red meat isn't as high in iron as liver, but you are typically going to consume a lot more of it in a normal setting. This product shines in having small amounts of a lot of unusual nutrients. How much do these raise your cholesterol?

It depends on your individual metabolism, diet, etc. All animal cells contain cholesterol, and organ meats contain more cholesterol than muscle meats. In general though, since cholesterol is an essential component of all your cells, your body makes as much cholesterol as it needs (in the liver!) to meet the needs of its tissues. Dietary cholesterol is normally only about ten percent of your total serum cholesterol. Since these are small portions and desiccated (figure wet volume is 10X the value listed on the bottle), this should have little effect on things like cholesterol overall. This products helps by having a lot of the more unusual vitamins and minerals, as well as some of the more unusual fats your body needs. I use this product to round out a carnivore diet, although it is my goal to add fresh organ meats, especially liver and kidney. This product is good for any diet, as organs are a true superfood.
