This book is a great read with exercises that you can feel the difference in upon practice! It’s a must read. Almost done, and I already feel the effects! If you want to awaken your higher self and have an opened mind, definitely read! Highly recommend for spiritual people in their awakening.

If you've been studying spirituality and you're at the point of wondering, "What's next?", then this is probably the book that will help you achieve your spiritual goals. It's well-written, and not only provides a solid roadmap, but it also provides the tools you'll need to succeed. As an author of similar books, it's the book I want to have written. I'm grateful for Darren's insights, and I highly recommend it.

Dr. Starwynn is a very gifted teacher and healer. Awakening the Avatar Within is full of practical exercises that we can do to expand our consciousness to become our soulful self. There are videos that explain the processes and guided meditations available from the included "Awaken the Avatar Within audio and video meditation course". I think that it is a very valuable gift that Dr Starwynn gives to the reader/seeker. The book very well written and Dr. Starwynn shares the best techniques which he has mastered from along life of learning, exploring and realizing. If you are interested in expanding your energy and becoming all that you are destined to be this book is an excellent tool to help you.

I bought the physical book and the audible version both were great!

Awakening the Avatar Within has been a life changing experience for me mentally, physically, and spiritually. I was able to grasp Darren’s concept easily and effortlessly. I love the exercises in his book to expand one’s vibration/consciousness and the fact in the back of the book he gives references to the pages for practice. Complete list of ascension practices. This is not a book to put on the shelf after you read. There is something you can do everyday. The shift in my consciousness has led me to groundbreaking understanding of many questions I had within myself. I highly recommend Darren’s book.

There is something that draws me back again and again to the book 'Awakening the Avatar Within'. Maybe because it feels 'just right' ... the right balance of depth and expansion, of freedom and self-discipline; of daily meditation/energy practices and real life stories, of solemnity at what we face in the world today and how the light and love that could rescue us can be found within ourselves and in connection with others.

I am really thankful for having found this book. It is really a treasure and it came to me in the perfect time.I like how it is written and also the exercises and practices presented. Some chapters I will read and reread again because they hold so much truth and every day wisdom in them that it can be a perfect reminder in times of struggle.

I liked the philosophy of this book.I think it goes in the right direction of self becoming part of the Divinity , so 5 stars here but after 50 % of the book the proposals and exercises you get do not amount to that so great uncovering of your superpowers, nor to any special upgrading .Maybe too hype book cover lead to many high expectations in my case.
