How often this needs to be emptied? I mean roughly, once per month or every oil change..?

It depends on the mileage you do. My Challenger is not a daily driver and I would empty the oil out every 3 months (catches about 10-15mls of oil). If your car is a daily driver my suggestion would be to check and empty monthly. (easy to do)

Will diss increase my horsepower??

It will not increase your horsepower but over time it will retain your engine efficiency by eliminating oil build ip in your intake manifold.

Does this fit a 3.6l charger sxt ?

It will fit, DO NOT believe the no answers, just need to figure out where you want to mount it! Good grief! We put it on. 2018 Jeep Wrangler 3.6l.
