I've only had to use it once, but it did what it was supposed to do - it lifted my vehicle. It comes in a nice bag with some adapter tools and a ratchet device that makes it easy to crank up. It contains adapters for typical lug nut sizes. I appreciate that it all fits nicely into the bag which keeps everything easy to find and accessible.

Since I am past the return date, I might as well issue a warning to future buyers of this product. I bought this scissor jack about 4 months ago. I've used it twice. It no longer works. Turning the hex head threaded bolt does nothing but spin, hence, not raising the jack. I'm glad I found this out now before my truck broke down and left me stranded with a flat tire.

Good quality product. The adapter to attach a drill is nice too.

Bought an Accord Crosstour only to find out it was missing the jack and the tools to lower the spare tire . Can't put a price on the peace of mind of being able to change the tire if needed but to also add the not having to hear from my better half about buying a car without a jack ? PRICELESS ! Works great

Since the vehicle dropped as a result of the jack failing, I have nothing positive to report. Luckily the other tire was laying on its side underneath the frame, so the vehicle fell on it instead of our heads. It failed on every level. The pictures cannot show the bend in the rod, but it’s there. And the base now rocks back and forth instead of staying stationary. Not that we would use it again. It’s trash. Do not use.

I like this product because of its features that works perfectly.

Like a typical scissor jack if it's not completely flat it can't handle it and causes a dangerous situation. I like that I could use my power drill but I'm lifting a very heavy vehicle and I can't have it falling down on me because it's a scissor jack

Used it already to check new spare wheel fit. 4 different sockets in just 2, breaker bar is extendable and did not need to be angled quite that far out, but it will fit some deep wheel.
