This is completely flavorless and easy to take (I keep a little plastic cup with the container). TBH, I'm not sure if it's making any difference in my hair or nails (and I have taken it for about 6 months), but I live in hope. If I don't see any difference by the time I finish this bottle, I will discontinue. But it's really not trouble to try!

Okay for those of you who are WEARY of fake reviews... I'm real lol I dont know what i have or have had. But almost 2 years ago my body just broke down. Like I felt inflammation on my hips and lost range of motion. Then it went to my shoulders and back. Left eye was twitching. Sores were comin in the inside of my mouth. If one disappeared another one would show up. Then my right ankle would lose range of motion. Spine would feel tight. Especially the lumbar. Everytime i would bend it forward or lie down i couldn't breathe. Every morning I would just crack ALL OVER and feel stiff...Just a very sad sad ol' me lol I went to the doctors they had no idea. Took blood and x ray exams and to this day no clue... But you know i just went through a lot of naturopathic, holistic, and functional medicine channels and just educated myself to get better... One thing that I've come to understand is that our body is made up of MINERALS!! But for some parts of our body we need other minerals to properly function. Like for the stomach you need iodine, chloride, potassium to produce stomach acid (maybe some more lol sorry I don't know it all). But my point is MINERALS! Do your own research and amply supply yourself with these nutrients. And not just minerals too just EAT healthy and ORGANIC. Let your body heal by giving what it NEEDS..
