I have had the treadmill for almost a year now.To be perfectly honest it’s a nice treadmill, when it works properly, unfortunately it didn’t seem to do that as often as I’d like. I was forever having to lubricate the deck or tighten the belt or motor belt as advised by JLL, upon reading about other treadmills they should only need lubrication twice every 6 months or so, I had to do mine probably every 2 weeks.JLL did answer my emails quickly but as I said I was always told to tighten this or tighten that and none of that helped long term.Overall the experience I had with my particular treadmill was highly disappointing.

Easy to put together, after reading a few reviews about cross threaded bolts/holes mine was the same... had to leave a bolt half out.Can't really run faster than 10km/hr because the belt slips and stutters so much it's very frustrating. Bluetooth is good and speakers are excellent... however I bought a treadmill to run on and you can't fully run on it so I definitely wouldn't recommend purchasing.Never had a treadmill before so I don't know if most around this price range are also bad but for 700 quid feels like money wasted.

Further to this the response from customer services is a disgrace, clear onus on customer to provide a huge amount of data, a clear get out cause for a product that is clearly has a safety issue.

Do not spend money on this.Youre told you have 2 years warranty on parts. But when ours broke and we tried to get it fixed on said warranty we were told we were 3 days out despite having evidence of the day it was delivered AND evidence of it purchased being within the warranty period.We now have a giant unusable 60kg treadmill that we can't move and are out of pocket by £700.JLL were incredibly unhelpful through the process of trying to have the parts replaced/repaired. We were absolutely within the 2 year period but were constantly ignored and told no.

Treadmill is easy to fold I paid for my machine to be assembled the service was first class arrived at my home by 7.15 am & all completed by 08.00 am would recommend great fir working out & burning calories

I bought this to help with my recovery after a heart attack as I was fed up with the gym prices and lack of availability.Lots of preset workouts with automatic rise and fall.Speaker system really good and connects through both Bluetooth or USB.Love it.
