Rescue Remedy has been around for ages. Becasue it works!It acts as a gentle, calming relaxant when stressed. It even works on animals, but not in their water!Used sublingually (under the tongue) a couple of drops or sprays works on the nevous system almost immediately - within a few minutes.If it isn't needed, like all homeopathics, it washes out of the system. (It's ok if if gets into your mouth vs. under the tongue.)More is not necessarily better though! Larger body weight can take a couple of extra drops or sprays, but smaller weight should stay with the minimums. Read the directions.Be careful if you have low blood pressure as it can cause a slight drop in some people if too much is taken. (This is not a high blood pressure cure!)The general ratio is to take a couple of drops or squirts, wait 10 minutes and see how you feel. If still very stressed, might take another spray or drop.The drops have a brandy like taste that immediately goes away, as it is suspended in it, but that is not the same as drinking alcohol and, as far as I know, it is safe for alcoholics and with meds. But check with a Dr. first. I do not mean this as medical advice. You should check with a professional to make sure it is ok for you to use.It will help with sleep if having anxiety, or if high blood pressure stress is present. It will help to calm your system quickly, but it's recommended that you allow yourself to calm down as well as it will help your system to assimilate it. I recommend focusing on your breathing.It's known to be a safe, effective, homeopathic that is widely used. I've used it for many years as needed and with family, friends and clients with good results. Again, if not needed, it will wash out of your system with no side effects that I am aware of. I prefer the small spray bottle. The price is fairly consistent where ever it is sold.

I have been using the Bach RR For over 50 years; it is an excellent augment of many Homeopathic single remedies and formulations. The Bach Flower Remedies and the Homeopathic remedies have NO SIDE EFFECTS!

I use this spray consistently at night to help me sleep and I have found it works very well in calming and easing stress. Works especially when I wake up in the night. The spray also lasts quite a long time compared to other products from Bach's that are meant to be used for the same thing. Would highly recommend as an natural option to help with easing stress at night!

Ich hatte mir beim Anstreichen die Daumenwurzel so heftig in einem Türspalt gequetscht, dass der Daumen blutete und ich mit Sichereit erwartete, dass ein geschwärzten Daumen-Nagel aus der Wurzel wachsen würde. Hinzu kam, dass ich die Wunde nicht ganz vor dem Lack schützen konnte, mit dem ich arbeitete, durch den Schock. Ich hatte aber die Notfalltropfen direkt in der Nähe und sprühte sie sofort auf. Das tat in diesem Fall nicht einmal weh und der Schmerz ließ ganz schnell nach, die Quetschung war schon am Abend quasi verschwunden, die Wunde verheilte, als hätte sie den Lack nie erlebt! Für mich sind das Wunder-Tropfen für jede akkute Verwundung. Ich habe sie immer bei mir+sie waren ausnahmslos total hilfreich, wenn ich sie gebraucht habe. Oft kann ich sie auch einsetzen, wenn jemand anderes sich verletzt hat! Das hat oft strahlende Gesichter erzeugt. Sie tun manchmal im ersten Moment ein kleines bischen weh, wenn die Wunde offen ist - aber immer auch sofort danach total gut, und die Erinnerung bleibt immer bei der verblüffend guten und schnellen Abhilfe stehen. Bei diesem Angebot hier hatte ich ein super ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Good for calming nerves and relaxing before a treatment or when upset or angered.I used it when I had ear problems just sprayed in and then used an ear wax cleaner.I spilled hot coffee on my fingers and aplied the spray calmed the sting.
