I would imagine it does but more importantly...itsca Terrible product. Revolution makeup has cute containers but it's low end makeup. Don't waste your money

Is this product seriously called “baking powder”? like the stuff i use in the kitchen? maybe it’s a really bad translation however, not appealing!

Oh no! It's nickname "Baking Powder", because it has to sit on the area usually under the Eye where Concealer is applied. This technique "Baking" will Set the Concealer & Foundation so it stays on Longer and Not Crease. This product is Definitely Not used in the Kitchen/Food.
