Nice smell but Tricky nozzle

I bought it as I had liked the smell. The 1st ordered few months ago had a problem with the nozzle. I thought that may have been a defective piece. So I bought it again. But the nozzle mechanism turned out again not proper - the liquid spills on the hand and on the sides. It gets messy and concerning as it is a harsh chemical. I didn't expect operating a simple product would be so tricky as I've used other brands often eg Harpic.
