Poor customer service. To the point that I will not buy from them again. My order arrived unsealed and almost completely empty. I took pictures of the mess on the bottle when it arrived, I used the 30 ml ish left in my hair, and then I reached out through Amazon. Over a week an a half later, they get back to me asking me to do a return through Amazon…which is the user flow that brought me to them in the first place. I explained that, explained that the bottle wasn’t sealed and the cap wouldn’t screw on tightly, and that almost all of the product was gone on arrival. I sent them the pics. But by this point, the box it arrived in and the bottle were off to be recycled. Because the pics I took didn’t prove to them what I said happened, they claim they can’t properly investigate so there is nothing they can do. They aren’t giving me money back or sending a replacement. They aren’t even offering a discount on my next order. So I wasted time and money on a poorly packaged delivery and then the seller let it be my problem. This could happen to anyone. Bottles of liquid without safety seals or a plastic wrap on the outside of the bottle a bound to leak. Just so you know, if it does happen to you, don’t expect the brand to trust you or your pics. Expect to pay full price for someone else’s mistake. I’ll be finding a new product. Taking recommendations.

Me agrado q casi no necesitas de un matizador luego de hacerte el trabajo,porque este producto se encarga de eliminar ese tono naranja manchado del cabello cuando te decoloras,rebaja muy los tonos de cabello,si lo compraria de nuevo

Came early, which is awesome! But I noticed some of it in the box and found a small crack. Still can't wait to use it though!
