It is much more secure than some of the barbells I have so good for long term wear. The colors are great and overall a good edition to my collection. Not the best quality like you would get at a piercing parlor but definitly a great value for the price. I would recommend getting the 10mm for septum piercing b/c it hangs just enough where you can still grab it to unhinge but it is still delicate and lovely. Everyone's face/piercing is different so chosse a size that works best for you but the 10mm is a starting place.
