Medix 5.5 Retinol + Ferulic Acid Age Rewind Body Cream

This is the best body lotion/cream I have ever used. Needless to say, I have tried basically everything available. Medix 5.5 is so luxurious. The texture is perfect and is non-greasy. The scent is lovely and not overpowering at all. It leaves my skin feeling so soft and with only one application, I felt the difference and saw the dryness vanish. I highly recommend this lotion and intend to purchase again and again. The added bonus is that it is made in Chicago. The city that I love. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Ok, hear me out!! Run, don’t walk for the retinol version. In a week it has brought my crept, flakey, rough menopaus skin to smooth as butter! Heavy, creamy, non greasy, smells like fruit loops, and does the job perfectly 🩷

Love this lotion. Since using it, I have noticed a difference in skin texture. One of the biggest differences is the fading of some dark spots. It has a pleasant smell. The only drawback is the pumping system. The stem is way too short. I waited to try a second bottle before reviewing. I end up about 2/3 finished and have to turn the bottle upside down and take the top off to get the lotion. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars!

Red (magenta) : great for legs in the warmer weather as it dries quickly. Not as moisturizing as others in the line. Pink: great everywhere. Perfect balance of absorption and moisturization almost all year round, day or night. Yellow (argan oil): best for deep winter.

I love this lotion! It has a light scent which I like...not a florally scent. I've been using it for almost 3 months now...mainly on my arms and hands because I am starting to get some crepiness and it has smoothed it out significantly and leaves my skin looking and feeling softer. The bottle is a generous size...it has lasted a long time. Will definitely be purchasing again.

I bought the 2 pack, opened 1 & put some on my arms using 1 pump per arm. 1st of alll smells nice light & fresh,&; very creamy & hydrating. I only gave 3 stars because each bottle was only 3/4 way full! I noticed this because they were on end table with bright light shining behind & illuminating the bottle's contents.

I’m usually sensitive to aromas and ingredients but this stuff works and smells amazing. I can’t tell what the aroma is but it’s fresh and nostalgic, plus my skin loves it.

OH MY GOD, I cannot believe how well this retinol body lotion (pink bottle) works. I think I read about this on a buzzfeed list. I hate how my arms are starting to look crepey around my armpits and upper arms. It's been a month, and the look and texture has improved SO MUCH. A little of this lotion goes a long way. I swipe it up my neck, across my chest, and my upper arms. It's helped reduce the deep V I get along my chest (I sleep on my side). I have begun to use this on my abdomen as well as my thighs. I still enjoy wearing sleeveless clothings; now, I feel more confident in showing off my arms. The smell is a bit strong, but it dissipates rather quickly.

So far, so good. I've been using this for around 3 weeks so far and whilst visually it's too soon to see full improvements in skin texture, as skin needs around 8 to 12 weeks minimum with most topical creams to really start to make a proper difference... HOWEVER, I could feel from the very first application how much softer my skin felt - and I'm talking lasting softness where my usually quite dry skin might start to feel like it needs extra moisturising with other body creams I've tried - with this it doesn't at all. It is a light lotion that is easily applied, and quickly absorbed. It also smells beautiful, something my partner has noticed whenever I've applied this - it's not overpowering though. However if you don't like scented things you may not love this. If you have sensitivities to fragrance, you may also need to patch test it - that being said, this contains retinol, and so if you can tolerate that, fragrance may not be an issue. It has a pump on the bottle, which makes it super easy to apply more when your hands are slippy. The pump feels sturdy, and of good quality and the bottle is aesthetically pleasing also. I am starting to notice very slight improvements in my texture and skin appearance - this is very promising after 3 weeks usage. I use this once a day, but I'm considering doubling up to twice a day, purely to see if the speed at which my skin improves speeds up. At this price, it's super affordable to use a bit more. For me, using twice a day will equate to just under 1 bottle a month... Just to put it into perspective if you're considering a subscription. I'm a UK size 10 and 5ft 6 in terms of body size, and I do apply quite generously... again just in case it helps you to gauge how often you might need to repurchase. Would I purchase again? Absolutely - I already received my second bottle ready for when I finish this one.

This cream has a lovely feel to it. My skin is sun damaged and crepey but definitely feels softer and smoother since I’ve been using the product.
