Just choose the cutting and embossing wheel designs you want,slide the washer,core,wheels and spacers on the roller handle,and roll on fondant.Produes ribbon width from 1/4 in. to 3.75 in. when combining spacers. Complete set includes: 8 embossing wheels ;9 spacers ;9 cutting wheels ;roller handle with detachable core ;assembly hardware. HOW TO USE: 1.Arrange wheels on work surface to create the look you want. Place cutting wheels to the outside of embossing wheels. Add spacers between wheels to fill the width of the 4 inch roller. 2.Slide wheels and spacers on the roller. 3.Position washer and wing nut on end of roller to secure the sheels. 4.Use a rolling pin to roll our fondant 1/8 inch thick on your roll and cut mat. Roll the Ribbon Cutter/Embosser roller over fondant in any direction. We suggest brushing the assembled roller with icing for easy release of fondant.
