This is the third Withings watch I have bought and it doesn't disappoint. Beautiful watch and arrived in a box complete with a special kit and extra stainless bands to increase, or reduce the strap size. For me it was slightly too small as delivered so using the kit I added another band. Also included is a nice olive green Withings polymer strap, these are always good quality and have used one for years on my current Withings watch, they don't stretch and don't break like other makes. The app install and start up was very simple. Very happy :-))

I really like the weight and feel of this watch. It looks and feels like a very high quality timepiece with the added advantage of a fitness tracker. It tracks well and the battery life is pretty good. In order to get a full month between charges, you would have to not exercise, but even tracking a cycle ride every day it is achieving over 20 days between charges and I expect that to get better once it has had a couple of charges.

Love the look of the watch, in my 60s now so wanted something which had some smart features but was more like a normal watch. Feels great on the wrist & still 20% battery after 17 days.

Caveat : My comments are directed more to the manufacturer than to the end user. I would like to see more data sets become interoperable between the Health Mate application and the iPhones Health application. I would like to see Withings introduce their professional software for the medical providers to a broader spectrum of USA based medical service providers, physical therapists, exercise physiologists, sleep study providers etc.. Virtually no one in the medical arts professions in the USA have even the slightest clue as to who/what Withings is, or anything about the products.

Watch is great. It looks really well and the app is user friendly.

A great looking watch. I hate having a black piece of glass stuck to my wrist and love 'proper watches' but also wanted to be able to track steps etc and see notifications without getting my Watch out every 5 minutes. This was perfect for that. Two issues, one slight and one that made me return the watch. The minor issue is that notifications display for 10 seconds then disappear. You can't see them on the watch subsequently if you can't look at them in the first 10 seconds that the notification arrives. More worryingly, after 3 weeks of wearing it, the feel of the crown changed when pushing it in. It no longer depressed with a click and didn't travel as far. Looking at it I believe the whole crown had moved inward and was almost touching the crown guards. The crown still worked to be able to check my messages etc but it didn't feel right. Looking at forums this has also been an issue for other scanwatch users. I was concerned that if it moved even a little further into the watch it wouldn't function so returned it. It's a shame as there is nothing better as a hybrid watch that looks like a proper classy watch

So far so good, better than samsung watch and i watch.

Worst customer service I've ever encountered after attempting to understand nearly the worst instructions I've ever had. Over the years I've bought several Withings products and there's always something wrong. The app crashes randomly and I've had to wait weeks before they get it to work again. Do they not keep abreast of iOS updates? I'm on the best iPhone/ latest system. I spent an hour and fifty minutes on a ‘chat’ two weeks ago and 2+ hours yesterday. There openly tell you they're simultaneously dealing with multiple customers instead of concentrating on the job at hand, as if that's alright. So you either put up with staring at a blank screen or give up. Even after all that time they couldn't fix a simple problem (latest product U-scan doesn't work). After giving up on me I was supposed to be contacted by senior staff (three times) but that hasn't happened either. At the moment I can't use any of the expensive products I bought and they're refusing to allow return for refund of the ridiculously overpriced U-scan ‘because its been wee’d on’! Well obviously, that's the point!! Never been more mad, more disrespected as a customer and more fed up with a so called tech company. They do NOT deserve our business. Seems to be an ingrained culture and its flipping hard work to be honest. I'll look elsewhere in future. Avoid them, it just isn't worth the anguish!

Jag har haft en del smarta klockor i mina dagar, men alla har haft samma problem. För många funktioner gör att batteri tiden blir lidande, vilket gör att man är tvungen att ladda klockan en gång om dagen. Det leder oss in på Withings Scanwatch Horizon. Innan jag köpte den så hade jag Steel HR, med bra batteri tid, men den hade ett litet problem, glaset var inte skrap tåligt, där av att jag köpte Scanwatch Horizon för den har en urtavla av saffiri glas, vilket behövs i mitt yrke. Nu ska vi prata om Withings Scanwatch Horizon och vi börjar med det som är mest posetivt om klockan, nämligen batteri tiden. Jag ladda upp den efter 30 dagar och då hade jag fortfarande 15% kvar på batteriet, det kallar jag bra. Funktioner som syre i blodet, puls, ekg, sömnövervakning, stegräknare är princip det jag behöver, men den har lite mera som gör vardagen lättare, som t.ex notiser i den lilla displayen, allt från vem som ringer till text meddelande. Det finns en funktion som jag inte använder och det är andningskoll och använder man den så går det åt batteri kraft, därför är den avstängd. På urtavlan finns det en liten urtavla och den är till för stegräknaren, så att man ser var man ligger i förhållande till målet man satt upp. Urtavlan ävern självlysande när man är i mörkret. Vatten tätt till hundra meter, vilket är bra om man skulle ramla i sjön. Med klockan följer med två armband, ett i stål och ett i silikon, men följer även med verktyg som gör att man korta metall armbandet. Kan jag rekommendera i ställt för dom vanliga smart klockorna, javisst, lite dyr med det är kvalité på klockan och då får man betala för det.

Sono un affezionato utente Withings da tempo, e possedevo già un vecchio modello di Scanwatch con cui mi trovavo davvero bene. Ma quando ho visto questo nuovo modello, con le sue funzioni avanzate e il design ancora più raffinato, non ho resistito e ho deciso di fare l'upgrade. Devo dire che la mia scelta è stata più che azzeccata! Lo Scanwatch 2 è davvero un gioiello della tecnologia. Il monitoraggio della salute è ancora più preciso e completo, con l'aggiunta dell'ECG (finalmente disponibile anche in Europa!) e della misurazione della temperatura corporea. La batteria dura sempre 30 giorni, un'autonomia davvero invidiabile. E anche l'app Withings Health è stata migliorata, diventando ancora più intuitiva e completa. Ma la vera forza di Withings sta nell'ecosistema che ha creato. Utilizzo anche la bilancia Withings Body+, e insieme allo Scanwatch 2 formano un duo perfetto per monitorare ogni aspetto della mia salute e del mio benessere. I dati si sincronizzano automaticamente tra i due dispositivi, permettendomi di avere una visione completa del mio stato fisico. Insomma, se siete alla ricerca di un orologio che sia bello, funzionale e affidabile, e che faccia parte di un ecosistema completo per la salute, lo Scanwatch 2 è la scelta perfetta per voi. Non ve ne pentirete!

J'ai pris cette montre Withings pour remplacer ma montre connectée. Ce que j'ai apprécié les plus: + Son look "retro" classique + Sa (très) longue autonomie: 4 semaines (une éternité comparé aux 2 jours de mon ancienne montre) + Les accessoires pour ajuster la taille du bracelet métallique + Le 2ème bracelet (vert et assorti au cadran de la montre) inclus dans la boîte + Les rapports de santé fournis dans l'application qui elle aussi est fluide et stable (testée sur un S21 Ultra)

The green dial is amazing. This watch is so gorgeous, great build quality and comes with an addition strap as well. There is an all steel machined kit inside the bix to adjust the strap. That itself looks fantastic. So I can really trust the engineering that went into the watch. I will update later about the batteey life but initial expectation is less than the 30 days advertised when using the active sleep and breath tracking.

Es ist sicher meine 5. Withings-Uhr. Ich war immer begeistert und über die Jahre haben sich gerade die Uhren toll weiterentwickelt. Die Withings Horizon tut was sie soll und sieht dabei auch noch wirklich wie eine vernünftige und wertige Uhr aus. Und das war mir wichtig - eine Uhr! am Hangelenk. Wer neben der Uhrzeit wirklich Aktivitäten tracken möchte und dazu noch Info über die Körperkondition wie Sauerstoffsättigung, Herzschlag, EKG oder auch Schlafqualität wünscht, ist mit dieser Uhr gut beraten und das bei einer Akku-Laufzeit von mehreren Wochen. Leute, die wirklich eher ein Mini-Smartphone suchen, sind hier allerdings nicht die richtigen Ansprechpartner. Die Scan-Watch hat ein unscheinbares kleines Display, mit dessen Hilfe man eine kurze Info bekommt, wer anruft, die ersten Worte einer Nachricht usw. Damit kann man entscheiden, ob man das Handy aus der Tasche ziehen möchte oder nicht. Mir reicht das völlig und wie gesagt sieht die Uhr somit wie eine Uhr aus. Gerade auf die grüne Horizon wurde ich zuletzt öfter gefragt, was ich denn da für eine "interessante schicke" Uhr hätte. Wenn ich dann zeige, was diese kann, sind manche doch sehr überrascht - positiv. Für mich ein klarer Kauf. Würde ich wieder tun.
