No wiring diagram
This motor has 3 wires but no wiring diagram. I'm not the type to just hook a wire up and hope for the best that you don't smoke the motor. No thanks. If it wasn't for that, would give it better review

About 2 out of 5 of these are bad out of the box and spins slowly

Good for a couple months
I have had this unit on a glycol chiller for the last 3 months and it's already starting to make a bearing noise. I would have expected more considering the one I was replacing lasted 5 years.
