4 Layers Height Increase Insoles,Adjustable Orthopedic Heel Lift Inserts

I’ve been using these for a long while and I love them. The best part is they stick to the shoe so you don’t have to worry about it slipping away from you. They are also very comfortable I also love the fact that I can layer as many layers as I need to feel the shoe to my comfort level

My right leg is just a little less than 1/2 of an inch shorter than my left leg. I used to get the shoe lifts from physical therapy but found this to be just as good and they are cheaper.

They worked at help my planters pain in my foot but they don’t really stay in place well

These are great lifts. They were the size I ordered. They had an easy to peel adhesive strip. And when placed in the shoe the adhesive gave enough to easily reposition in the shoe. I was surprised, but glad to find a transparent lift this one i used for my sandals. Very clever, and hardly visible. I bought two sets thinking that one set would do only shoe and realized that one set could do eight. Excellent value Great lift. Oh, they are comfortable, supportive and give so there is no or little feeling that you have a lift. Enjoy

They are helping with my heel pain

I like that these raise my heel in my shoes which aids in transferring some of my body weight to the palm of my foot which in turn relieves weight on my heel. I suffer from a nagging heel spur and plantar fasciitis. These silicone inserts are nice and soft. I have stacked 3 of them in each shoe. What a relief... I do not feel the heel spur at all now and I do not feel any transition seam/line. The inserts have stacked nicely and have not shifted. I will be ordering more. A great product !

I have a slightly longer leg than the other and these allow me put in all my shoes so that I can measure equally. Helps with walking better and less pain due to imbalance.

With Plantar Facsiitis, these were OK but then the Physio recommended Tuli's heel supports which are really great. These will certainly raise the heel and I would suggest putting them under the supplied shoes insoles or additional ones because they doent cushion enough but they do the job of raising the heel.

It works pretty well and helps with my heel pain. But I did notice it started to shift when I wore it on a long day. To be fair, I'd say it works mostly as it should, and that was an odd BAD day! I love it though!
