I got this because it’s the collagen that my husband can have, but didn’t see much improvement. At least it didn’t have any side effects or anything

Gastrointestinal Problems
I took half of the recommended dosage for the first three days and had an immediate gastrointestinal reaction. Upon further research online, it does list gastrointestinal issues as a side effect. Be warned that eight days after stopping the supplement, I am still suffering from loose cramping bowels at least 10 times a day. I would not recommend this to anyone for any reason

Love the formula
Includes everything I was looking for in my collegen so I am happy. I don't notice any crazy difference but I haven't been paying super close attention either. I have a toddler. I am tired.
