The volume on the original system did not work for the CD function. Pearl on the Brandline Customer Service staff helped me with my problem. Brandline quickly replaced my system. The system exceeded my expectations. The sound is clear and not distorted. The retro look goes perfectly with my eclectic decor and the wood case is good quality. It is simple to operate and allows me to listen to so many different media. I am already enjoying the radio while I do chores around the house and I have been able to listen to tapes that were stored as well as my favorite CDs and vinyl records. I highly recommend this system.

This is a fantastic little stereo. The aux connection seems to give a much louder recording, but the Bluetooth and remote are much easier when recording and digitizing music. I placed my stereo in a corner of room, and I am pleased with the sound. I love this so much I am going to order another. I have also found that I can use usb and SD cards larger than 8 gig by partitioning into 32 gb sections and formatting as FAT32 on my laptop. The stereo only seems to find the first partition, but the remaining disc space can be used for other functions. The smart thing would probably be to only use 32 gb cards/usbs.Another note: you can digitize modes not listed in instructions. Just give it a try. Also you can copy entire usb to sd cards and vice versa, but it takes a while. About 30 to 45 minutes for 32 gb of data.

I previously purchased a DigitNow record player so I could get my records transferred to digital. It stopped working the second time I used it. I returned it and wrote a bad review. I still wanted to do the recording to digital so I thought I would try this brand. So far I am very happy with it. I recorded about 25 songs the first couple of days I had it and then didn't use it for several weeks. I got back to the recording yesterday and did 26 more songs. It worked fine. The only tricky part is getting the recording to start at the same time as the song. When you hit the "record" button, the machine goes through a process that takes several seconds before it starts recording -- and it's not always the same amount of time. So, sometimes you get the end of the previous song or you miss a couple of seconds of the song you are recording. This is fairly minor. Since I bought this to record my old records, I didn't intend to spend a lot of time listening to records. Don't buy this if that is your intent. The sound quality is very bad -- think back to how bad the small turntables with the built-in speakers were in the '60s and '70s. But, I am very happy with it doing what I wanted done. If that changes, I will update the review.

OUR EXPERIENCE WITH BRANDLINE HAS BEEN VERY DISSAPOINTING.I'D GIVE THEM ZERO STARS IF I COULD. I AM DISABLED AND OFTEN AT HOME SO MY HUSBAND AND SON GAVE ME A BLACK ORCC 10-1 RECORD PLAYER FOR CHRISTMAS BECAUSE I LOVE MY OLD VINYLS RECORDS, CD'S AND CASSETTES. FEDEX DELIVERED IT IN AN UNDAMAGED BOX BUT, UNFORTUNATELY, IT ARRIVED WITH MANUFACTURERS' DEFECTS, PAINTED OVER SCRATCHES, ON TOP OF THE TURNTABLE COVER. I NEVER GOT TO ENJOY IT. WE RETURNED IT TO AMAZON AND REORDERED A REPLACEMENT THROUGH THEM. NO PROBLEM.BUT BELIEVE IT OR NOT THE REPLACEMENT, SENT BY BRANDLINE, ARRIVED WITH MANUFACTURERS' DEFECTS AGAIN TOTHE TURNTABLE COVER. AND THE CD PLAYER DOESN'T PLAY EITHER. AMAZING!!! CLEARLY THERE IS A QUALITY CONTROL PROBLEM AT BRANDLINE. WE EMAILED THEM AND PROVIDED PICTURES. THEY'RE RESPONSE IS TO SEND A CLAIM TO FEDEX FOR DAMAGE ALTHOUGH THE PROBLEM HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE SHIPPING, OFFERED A LABEL THAT REQUIRES US TO PAY THE RETURN POSTAGE AND COMPENSATE US BY OFFERING $15.00 TOWARDS THE MANUFACTURES' DAMAGING DEFECTS IF WE KEEP THE DEFECTIVE UNIT.THIS WAS NOT AN INEXPENSIVE GIFT AND I DON'T LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING THE DEFECT EVERY DAY ON THE TURNTABLE COVER. SO THANKS BUT NO THANKS FOR THE $15.00 OFFER. WE'VE ASKED FOR A PREPAID RETURN LABEL AND A BLACK ORCC 10-2 RECORD PLAYER IN WONDERFUL CONDITION INSIDE AND OUT THE WAY IT SHOULD HAVE ARRIVED AS A CHRISTMAS. BUT THREE STRIKES AND THEY'RE OUT. Just had my room redesigned as a lounge: The "Suite Sound Lounge." I had one almost like it; this has Bluetooth capabilities and a remote. The sound is great.
