(5/5 Stars) I purchased this OTG for home use, but as a chef with 22 years of professional experience, I tend to evaluate kitchen equipment with a more critical eye than the average household user. I received this OTG in March and noticed a couple of quality-control issues from the beginning. During the first use, the rear metal panel bent inward and has remained that way since, although it has not affected performance. I also found that the top and bottom heating mode markings on the selector knob appear to be reversed. I tried to request a return or replacement through Amazon, but the product was out of stock and the seller was not offering either option at the time. Since I needed the OTG, I continued using it. The heating feels slightly milder compared to some other brands, but it has not caused any practical issues in cooking or baking. The baking, grilling, and rotisserie functions all work well, and I have not experienced any functional problems so far. Overall, it is a good OTG that performs reliably and offers good value for money. Apart from the quality-control issues mentioned above, I am satisfied with the product. Rating: 4/5

It's working fine. Made french fries, cake and bread everything works perfectly. Also received 1 year extended warranty. Only thing is a tiny dent and one of four legs was broken that's why 4 star.
