**update: the customer service from this company is excellent! The company reached out to me and replaced my faulty diffuser within less than a week. New unit arrived today and seems to be working perfectly. I would order from this company again as they clearly stand by their products and are quick to respond to any customer complaints. I am updating my review to reflect this. I loved this diffuser at first for my classroom- but I’ve only had it a little over a month and it has now intermittently stopped diffusing. The lights still work but it will suddenly stop misting the water/oil after it’s just been filled with water. I’ve cleaned it out completely, only ever use distilled/purified water and never overfill it. Some days it works fine and others it will not. Disappointed in the quality for not lasting.

I bought a diffuser a few months ago and my daughter loved mine so much I got her one for her birthday. Unfortunately the diffuser did not work but the company was AMAZING with their customer service. They responded to me the same day, was very polite, and shipped me a new one, no questions asked and did not require I returned the one that didn't work (which is very trusting since I'm sure there are a lot of people who would scam others to get free products). Anyways, the new one arrived with a few days and works perfectly. Based on customer service alone I would recommend purchasing from this seller!

I wanted to love this so much. It could’ve been so beautiful but there are huge gaps where there should be Himalayan salt. We have tried shaking it around hoping it would fill in and settle but it just leaves big gaps elsewhere on the diffuser. Update: I was hopeful when seller reached out. They asked “if it was ok” for my diffuser to look like this since they are hand-filled so mistakes happen even though they have “checked it repeatedly”. They said that customer satisfaction was very important to them. I responded that it was not ok and suggested that their lack of quality control should not be the problem of amazon customers. Seller response: “we will pay more attention to quality control. Have a nice day” No offer to replace or make right. I will be returning this to Amazon and will purchase from another seller. Updated: Seller reached out again and cited miscommunication and a language barrier. They DID send out a new diffuser that was properly filled with Himalayan Salt. I really appreciated that and was happy to know that they cared about quality control and customer service :) I took away one star because in a quiet room, the diffuser is rather loud.

It's pretty, and that's all. I had to return the first one I bought because it was defective. They sent me a replacement and it was also defective. Neither one of them produced any steam. Don't buy it! All of them are probably defective!

I originally bought this for myself, but now it dents on my boyfriend’s gaming desk. Diffuses well. Does not require much water so it does not run for extended periods. Functionality is great, easy plug in and easy refill. Light has two options, low and high, gives radiant color through the salt rocks. No heat.

I had one that I bought years ago that recently broke. I got lots of good use out of it so I didn’t mind getting a new one. After searching for a few weeks, I decided to get the same one. I was going to go bigger this time but sadly the large one looks a bit different. I liked the design of the original.

I love this! I bought this on a whim and it is great. You get the option for the colors to cycle which is fun. I put in 5-6 drops of essential oil so it provides the an aroma similar to a candle. I have it in a large room, a smaller room wouldn't need as many drops. It also turns itself off when the water runs out, which is great.
