Use daily and helps with digestion

I already used several products from Nordic Naturals, and after research looking for a probiotic, well all I can say is I'm back to Nordic Naturals again and I'm very satisfied with this product.

I was look for a probiotic with less strains and ones focused on microbiome/digestion & intestinal support to help alleviate acid reflux. I started with 1 a day (NOT the two suggested) because I was worried about sensitivities and so far so good. I do think there is an adjustment period that happens within the body, so I suggest giving it a week or so at least if you can. I’m on day 5 and could see & feel the noticeable improvement on evening of day 4. They have helped me & are making a noticeable difference along with a focused diet.

This is a very good probiotic from a really respectable company! I've been using this product for 2 months now and definitely felt an improvement in my body within the first week or so, no bloat! I was looking for a high quality probiotic and was honestly skeptical about the price being relatively low but these go to show you don't have to pay a ridiculous amount for a great product. I have been recommending to friends.

At the recommendation of my daughter, who is a registered dietitian, I introduced this probiotic into my daily routine. Over all, I am a very healthy 60 year old, but over the past few years I noticed an increase in heartburn and very loose, and wildly unpredictable stools. In an effort to control my loose stools, my physician encouraged me to take Metamucil ; I gag just thinking about swallowing it. (I’m sure that’s all in my head) He also advised me to take an antacid to address the heartburn. During a conversation with my daughter, she suggested that I might have ‘leaky gut’. She told me that the stomach is our ‘second brain’; and if it is compromised, it can affect many other things. I chose Nordic brand because she personally takes it. I have been taking two capsules daily for four months now. I can honestly say, I no longer suffer from heartburn. More importantly, I no longer have constant diarrhea! I repeat: I no longer have constant diarrhea!! It’s hard to believe this simple, natural product has allowed my body to self correct.
