This product is great for a personal home gym. It fit my needs, which were 1) light weight and easy to move around yet durable, 2) small foot print, 3) versatile and adjustable. For a home gym, this is perfect. It's durable, well made and has so many possibilities, more than I need. This isn't for a body builder but fits the need of most people working out at home My husband, who goes to the gym regularly to weight lift utilizes this bench whenever he works out at home and was really impressed with it.

This bench is rugged, easily adjustable, folds easily and can be moved easily. You can adjust the height by easily folding the legs underneath. The top quickly adjusts to a back support for additional exercises. It's very sturdy and should last a long time.

For over two decades, I used The Firm exercise box that is a convertible 14-inch box, 6-inch box, or incline. My old trusty box finally started to give out, and I was looking for a replacement that would allow me to do the same exercises and maybe add some new content as well. I immediately LOVED this box! It's not exactly the same dimensions, and the incline isn't as steep, but it is super sturdy and very versatile. Sometimes it takes a little muscle to extend the folding leg because it latches very securely when tucked under the box. I wish the box was a little wider to make room for both my feet when doing step aerobics lengthwise, but I will get used to it. After 20+ years with my old box, there's bound to be an adjustment period.

This gives you a full body workout in a small area. All you need are dumbbells. Adjust and folds easily! Very sturdy. This is the new version, not the old version that has a very bumpy top that hurt when you laid on it. This is the newer version which is much smoother and comfortable. This is a great value for all you can do with it!

For a workout deck, this product has all I need and more : -You can do a lot of exercises. -SOLID and excellent quality. -EASY to Carry and store. -The storage compartment is a plus. -The surface does provide a good grip but it's not really cushioned, for me is not a problem at all, you can put a yoga mat on the top, and it will be fine. I really recommend this product, especially for people who don't have a lot of workout space in their homes!

I really love this. I bought it because I wanted to be able to do higher step up and it's good for that but you can literally do everything with this bench and some dumbbells. It's so easy to incline, decline, and adjust. It's a good size for me as 5' 8" woman. Might not work if you are much taller. I also loved that there was absolutely no assembly required. Just take it out of the box and it was good to go.

When I first saw the Reebok deck online, I thought it was kind of pricey, but after I (1) weighed all the pluses and minuses and (2), actually used it, I changed my mind: It seems like a pretty good deal for someone like me. The pluses: Right out of the box, you can start using it. Absolutely NO assembly! No confusing directions. No leftover nuts and bolts. It's all there, ready to go! Sturdy as can be. And reconfiguring its components for different functions is intuitive. You don't need instructions. And it has a handy storage cubby to boot! I use the deck flat and at a slant with dumbbells for upper body work, but haven't tried using it for a step workout yet. Can't tell you how a 240-pound body builder would feel about its versatility/stability, but it's great for a mature woman who just wants to stay fit. The only minus I can come up with is the roughness of the top surface, which comes into play only when I'm lying on my back or pressing a knee into it. But that's not really a big deal. (It's easy to "soften" the surface with a garden mat!)

The bench is nice and the folding option is a great plus for step workout. The 3 inclines are pretty good too. However the length itself is small. So in the incline setting your neck will be out of the bench and not firmly supported. This leads to poor form and injury. If you plan to use it flat you can go ahead. I am 5'7" for reference.

Superb build quality and amazingly versatile. I felt I might be overspending but after receiving it and using it, I feel it will prove worth the spend in across its lifetime.

Il supporte bien votre poids et ne bouge pas. En rabbatant les deux pieds Il peut également être également utiliser en temps que step. Un petit plus pour le livreur qui pour une fois était exceptionnel, sourire, courtoisie c’est rare donc quand ca Se passe bien il faut le dire.

I bought this as an attractive option to have a bench and stepper for home use. The price was more than 60% higher than other markets but I would not mind if it meets my needs. As a stepper it has two levels which is less than ideal when compared to any stepper with 3 levels. Now when it comes to being used as a bech, the problem is when set it any any angle, the back side becomes short leaving your head in the air while doing any training. This is dangerous for the neck. One star as it fails in functionality and price. For less than what I paid for this, I bought a proper heavy duty bench, and a good stepper and saved some money. Here a message to whoever selling Reebok, please reevaluate your inflated pricing and work on improving quality especially in other product range as well. Other similar products are half the price and have batter quality. Reebok seems to be dealing with sports as a flashy marketing exaggeration with less meeting on meeting user demands.
