My wife can see better at night!
I've replaced vehicle bulbs before. Usually just the regular bulbs because we don't want to be one of "those people" we curse at for the bright harsh blue lights that blind us at night. These are effective and not offensive to other drivers (we tested it ourselves). It's never too easy to replace bulbs these days on newer cars - but if you Google it and watch videos on the subject there is no reason just about anyone can do it themselves and save a few bucks.

Bright as stated, but not white in color
I bought these for my 2012 Harley Ultra spot lamps. I have the Harley LED light and it's pure white in color. I'm on a quest to find an inexpensive bulb that performs, white in color and it's just not out there at this price. I have tested 4 different bulbs with no luck. I have the Piaa Ultra Bright 55w in my other bike and although I really like them, they are pricey. I presently have these Philips 880 CrystalVision Bulb (changing them out from stock)and they are bright as stated, but more of the yellow side of spetrum (under 4k). I put one of the Nokya Artic White (leaving the philips on the other side) and it wasn't anywhere near as bright as the Philips! They are white but about as bright as my stock 27w bulbs. If you don't mind a bulb being a little on the "yellow" side, I'd go with the Philips since it is noticably brighter than most. The only reason I'm changing these out is because I need a 90 degree (881 bulb) bulb and they don't make one. The 880 is straight and real tight in the lamp housing. Worried about the wires shorting. I ended up just buying the PIAA 70822 881 Xtreme White PLUS 27W=50W Xtra Halogen and should have it soon. This bulb is every bit worth the money and the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it's not white and well under the stated 4K.

Unbiased Facts for prospective buyers
Never owned the bulbs before, nor did I read reviews before purchasing. Wanted to provide everyone with the absolute facts about this bulb.First off - The product states Pack of 1 in the title which is correct, but the description states twin pack. It is indeed just 1 bulb. Just to eliminate confusion there. Next - Description states "For the Look of HID lighting". They are NOT even close to slightly simulating HID. Absolutely irresponsible to even mention such a thing in the description. Next - Description states "Extreme Blue/White light". Again - NOT even close. See my further review below. Lastly - Description states "Color Temp. of Up to 4,000 Kelvin" - Nowhere near 4K, but they technically they can get away with saying this because they state "Up to", which means it could be anything "Up To" 4K!! Clever advertising. Now all that said here is what I have. These bulbs were for a 2005 Trailblazer EXT LS. They are an exact fit. Bulbs were shipped and received very quickly (received within 3 days from KY to PA). Good fit, good ship time.It is a 27W bulb. Period. You will not see a major "jump" in brightness while driving in anything you plug in from a 27W fog light. Take this into consideration from someone who has tried everything under the moon for the last 35+ years of driving. The reflective properties of your lamp housings and clarity of lens will determine more so than the brand/type of bulb with the same wattage. The difference you will see is optical. A whiter light creates more clarity, giving the appearance of being brighter and seeing further. This light is NOT white, nor even much whiter than OEM stock bulbs. Best description I can give (if this makes any sense to one) is it is a little more hint of white to the yellow stock output. A more "light yellow/gold" appearance with a crystal/shimmering effect within the lamp housing of my vehicle. Reminds me of a set of 25W bulbs in my dining room crystal chandelier that throws off a glimmering or shimmering effect - Not a lot of light being output, but very nice to look at in an almost elegant way. They do not produce any advantages or more brightness over stock OEM bulbs other than the above mentioned appearance. I gave it a 3 star rating due to the decent price, appearance, fit, and looks nice with the color of my vehicle (typical GM desert/gold/tan - whatever it is!!) with the chrome trim & housing. I docked 2 stars from my rating due to the mis-information in the product description. None of it is true. I was looking for more of a whiter light than stock for clarity that looked nice - I got a decent look, but no more visual clarity while driving as compared to OEM bulbs. I may try the headlamps for color match - and if I lose any visual clarity while driving, will scrap the entire set and start with another brand. In short I will not be buying this bulb again.

Excellent bulbs.
Excellent bulbs for the fog lights on my vehicle. Have a nice blue color Kama which updates a look at my vehicle comma and provides better night vision. Great Value as well.

Very good bulb for a very good price.
A pretty decent bulb when it comes to brightness and a magnificient bulb when you factor in the price with the brightness in comparison to say any of the Sylvania bulbs (SilverStar, UltraStar, ZXE). I have these bulbs has fog light bulbs on a Tucson; and as I have already mentioned, the brightness is comparable to any of the Sylvania's mentioned, just for a fraction of the cost if you get these bulbs when they are on sale ($5 a bulb when I got them this past June). Now the only disappointment I had was with the color, which is unfortunately the usual halogen color (yellowish-white), however when you are dealing with fog light bulbs the color of any of the considered name brand bulb (Sylvania, Philips, PIAA, etc.) which is designated as being significantly brighter than OEM, in my experience you are left with the color mentioned. Unless you want to get a low lumen bulb (have had pure white and artic blue bulbs from Nokya and Luminics) just for aesthetic purposes then you either have to deal the color or go with a LED or HID.
