## Questions & Answers

**Q: Anyone else having issues connecting the printer to their laptop?**
A: Be sure your laptop is pointing to the same SSID as the printer. For instance, my printer would not print from my PC. I discovered my printer was pointing to SSID xxx2.5 while the PC was pointing to xxx5.0. Works fine now.
BTW, takes a bit of time from sending printing request till the printer actually starts printing.

**Q: Can you print on 80 lb card stock?**
A: I had some 110 lb card stock and tried printing on it.  One sided printing worked, however 2 sided printing did not work.

**Q: Does anyone else have a problem with the printer pulling on one side and making it crooked?**
A: Yes..!!!  About every other page.  Then the white plastic roller that pulls the paper thru fell out after 3 hours after it delivered to my house.  Was scanning 2 pages, 2nd page went sideways and jammed.  I opened top as instructed and the white gear roller fell out .  Cheaply made.

**Q: Is it necessary to use wifi or can one just connect with a standard printer cable? I prefer the latter. Thanks.**
A: You can connect with a USB cable. However, the cable is not supplied with the printer.
