One of the best values in watches
The Casio Duro has earned its reputation as one of the best budget watches available. The overall quality is impressive for the price, with a solid feel and a classic dive watch design that looks great in both casual and everyday settings. The clasp is secure and comfortable, giving confidence that the watch will stay in place throughout the day. The time display is easy to read at a glance, and the rotating bezel and 200-meter water resistance add useful features that make it feel much more expensive than it is. The luminosity is good and makes the hands and markers visible in low-light conditions. I’ve worn this watch regularly, and it has become one of my favorite choices for everyday use. If you’re looking for a reliable, feature-packed watch with excellent quality, it’s hard to beat this one for the money.

Great price and value
Bought this for a cruise we went on. Wanted something I could beat up but looked decent. Pleasantly surprised at how good a quality this watch is. Looked sharp , keeps good time and is tough. For the price great value add.

Unbeatable price to function value.
Terrific watch, especially for the price. It's the most accurate watch I own. The lume is not very strong, but for what you're paying, I think it's fair to say it does the job. Other than that, it's tremendous. It has a sleek, elegant look, if you like the slightly large watch case (which I am quite comfortable with on this watch). All kinds of aftermarket modifications can be made as well. What more can I say? Casio is a god-tier watch company, and this knocks it out of the park again.

Great Value for The Price
Would recommend this watch for anyone wanting to see what a dive watch does and looks like. For less than $75 you get a watch that is waterproof to 200 meters with a working bezel, a face that is easy to read, and a watch that keeps accurate time. I have other dive watches but bought this for a vacation because it wouldn't be a big deal if I lost or damaged it. It has a screw down crown that works fine and was easy to set the time and date. The fit is accurate to measurements and isn't too big for my wrist. A couple of items to note: I changed the watch strap because the band that came with it wasn't the most comfortable. I like the nylon bands but purchasing another rubber watch strap would work as well. The bezel works but isn't as smooth as some of the more expensive dive watches. The lume is not very bright and does fade quickly, but unless it is being worn in complete darkness it will not be an issue. This watch is a great purchase for someone new to getting a dive watch or if looking for a daily wear, a watch that doesn't break to the bank to replace, or if looking to see what to expect from a diver if never having owned one. I would definitely recommend this to purchase.

Pepsi Looks So Good - Unbelievable value for $63 - Bought for my son.
Wow. This is such a cool watch. I'm a watch guy, I've seen a lot of very high end watches. This is such a quality watch. Pro's : Crystal is super clear, Lume is awesome. Nice green.. ALL the markers are lumed including the dot. One way directional clicks nicely. Easy to set, screw down crown. Light weight. Band is super comfortable. Super clear watch. Great everyday. Con's : Can't think of any. Summary --> What a value. This is a legit watch. I bought the Pepsi on sale for $63 + 8.99 for 3 year warranty. Special edit - Bought for my 11 year old son. He loves watches and has been wearing since ~5. I could not believe what garbage the Timex was for $50 with the plastic crystal. It got so scratched to the point we had to keep a plastic cleaner paste and clean 1x a week. what a joke. We got tired of it. I know I could get him a $15 watch which I have that last about 6 -9 months before they fall apart. I spend money on garbage over the years. I wanted to get him something quality. Life is short, I lost my dad too young and wanted him to have it. Hopefully he doesn't loose it. LOL. He loves it. Hope this helps someone.

One flaw, otherwise love this watch
Overall, this watch rocks! ONE thing I don’t love is the lume. It is not the brightest at all. If this had a little bit better loom, I would for sure give it five stars. I would still give it 4 and a half stars though. I bought this watch, then ended up thinking I wanted a little bit more expensive dive watch, then got another watch, and I found I keep coming back to this one. Why? It is a simple watch that you don’t have to wind or worry about it stopping if left off the wrist for a few days. The design is awesome.. To me, looks better than most expensive dive watches and it’s at a crazy good price point. I love the band an the fact it has a rotating bezel. Last thing is the diameter. I don’t like small watches, but I also don’t love HUGE watches on the wrist, this one is just right. Design 10/10, size 10/10, The fact it has a Marlin imprinted on the face and etched in the back 10/10, LUME 2/10.

Outstanding value dive watch
I've only had the watch now for a few days, so this review will stand as an initial impressions statement. I will, however, return and expand upon my review as time goes on. You can see this on my Casio W-735H review. I bought this watch so that I'd have a real diver style watch for our vacation to St. Lucia. I wanted something that looked and felt the part and could actually take some abuse in the water, but not make me cry if it breaks or I lose it. Initial impressions: Really beautiful color, I got the blue dial and bezel and it's an extremely deep, gorgeous azure. The size and heft are perfect for me, I have a 7.25" wrist and this fits perfectly. Any larger and it would look a little ridiculous. I'm not normally into polished cases like this one has, but I'm ok with it. The bezel is hard to turn, but that's actually a design feature. Dive watches are meant to be uni-directional and you really don't want them just freely spinning, it's meant to track usable oxygen in a tank, after all. I put mine on a NATO band and it fits the style very well, but I was not prepared for how good the stock bands are, they feel like very decent quality for mass produced plastic. The operation is silent, I'm sure that's from the density of the case and crystal, but it's totally silent, even when I held it up to my ear, I couldn't hear anything. I also have no idea how deep I'm going to take this watch, but the 200 meter depth rating instills confidence. I'll go nowhere near that, but it's still a nice feature. Gripes: Almost everything I have an issue with is subject to personal bias based on a design (artistic) choice and will not be applicable to most other people. First, I don't care for how small the Casio name and the Marlin logo at the bottom is on the dial, not a good use of negative space. Next, I also wish the lumed indices were slightly larger to help eat into the dial center a little more as well as the date window and number, I feel it's a little small. Again, a negative space design choice. I feel if the dial were balanced out just a little better, this would become my favorite daily wear watch. Very personal, small dings that really only matter to me. Some things that aren't design gripes? This thing really does attract fingerprints and it shows them off in all their detail, so I find myself constantly wiping them away. Also, you can get a pretty bad glare off the crystal unless it's pointed straight at your face. Lastly, the lume doesn't last very long, maybe 15 minutes before it's pretty well dead. In perfectly dark environments I'm sure you might still be able to see it, but not in partially lit, but still very dark areas. Overall impression after just a week: I really enjoy wearing and looking at this watch, the deep blue color catches my eye and I tilt and turn in the light so that I can see the ultra deep color through the crystal. And, for what it's worth, it's plenty accurate from what I can tell (quartz watches usually are). The value for money is just off the charts, even Bill Gates wears one and he can afford like...any watch...company, he can afford a whole watch company, he could afford a bunch of watch companies, multiple factories, the people to make them, stores...and yet, he wears one of these....so yeah....The value is there. Anyone who wants to get into diver watches should really look at these, give them a try and see if you like the style. There are also plenty of colors to choose from and lots of NATO straps out there to help complete the look, if that's your thing. Somehow, this piece manages to have it's cake and eat it to, and then go back for seconds. It looks amazing, works very well and yet, is so cheap that you wish you bought another one, just for fun. Other than my design dings, there isn't much to dislike about this watch. Right about now I wish I'd bought a solar model, but that's only so that I'd never have to change a battery. I'm also very surprised by the following that Casio has on Reddit. The Casio subreddit is loaded with people who love their cheap, yet incredibly accurate, amazingly tough and truly capable watches, and now, I'm one of them.

COLLECTOR!
