Bought this a few years ago for ~$20 more than it’s listed for currently. At the current list price it’s a no brainer if you’re still rocking a DDR4 MB. I was slightly skeptical when I popped them in and saw the dies weren’t one of the main OEMS like Samsung or Hynix, but rather Chinese newcomer CXMT. But two years later running 3200-CL16 XMP profile and no real complaints, seizures or errors in operation. And I leave my PC on 24/7. Quite like the look and color of the grilled DIMM covers. Would recommend if on a budget.

The ram is easy to install, fast and secure. It can be quite stable, however for gaming if you have an amd cpu and motherboard combo it tends to have some slight issues with gaming performance. Overall though i can def rate 5 stars because the installation and stability outweigh the gaming performance drop on amd style computers. This is a very good purchase and a good budget ram set to get 32gb of ram. No doubt in my mind i would purchase again if i could.

I had Silicon Power SP before: the XS70 2TB NVMe and 16GB 2x8 3000MHz DDR4 “Value” series OC to 3.2 at same CL no issues. This RAM was a few bucks more but I liked the look and decided it was worth it to ensure quality. The value series was manufactured in late 2021 and the DRAM chips themselves were from ChangXin Memory. Like I said, no issues and even OC with no fuss. Since these are from slightly higher line and Samsung it leads me to believe these are the Samsung “B-die” that many OCers covet. Either way, not a bad deal to me. I will keep buying Silicon Power

This is great memory from SP; have used SP memory for the last few years and have had nothing but great results. This memory reports as being Samsung DRAM in CPUID and nothing wrong with that :) although I have never had a problem with SP produces from their Taiwan manufacturing. Put this 32GB on a mid range budget build < $550 with a Ryzen 5 5500 cpu and GTX 1660 Super gpu. Best all, Mike T.

It's little hard to setup the RAM. When I add them to my pc ram slot that already had 16g ram, it seems like you have to insert them to number 1and 3 slot, because when I inserted them to 2 and 4, the pc can't start up anymore. After install them, the performance is good coz the game speed up more quickly than before in my feelings. Give four stars.

Added this set to my other 16 GB for video editing. Ran at advertised speeds and timing 16-18-18-38 CL16 3200. Make sure your BIOS is set for the correct memory speed. Ran Passmark memory test on it and everything passed without an issue (see pic). Also, it seems the camouflage version's heat spreader is problematic, but the metallic gray seems solid to me. I also like the low profile, as it fit under my Cooler Master 212 Turbo, which has fans on both sides of the heat sink.

Was just looking for a basic 32GB 3200MHz kit, this one fit the bill right out of the box. On a whim, decided to dial up to 1.4v 3600MHz CL16 and fully expected PC not to boot. To my surprise, it booted without issue and proceeded to pass an hours long memory stability test. Can perhaps tune even more for optimal overclock, but have not had the time quite yet. In the end, incredible value, fantastic performance. Highly impressed and highly recommended.

I like the heat spreaders, I hate the packaging these things come in. Memory has potential to overclock or at least tighten up the timings. They've been working good for 3 weeks now..haven't overclocked or tweaked the timings yet. I had to change the frequency in the bios/uefi from 1333 to 1600. Not a big deal.

When i first installed the ram, the pc would only boot with one of the rams installed i tried all the other slots and they worked just fine. When i was using the working ram my pc suddenly crashed and wouldnt boot so i had to switch it back with my old ram.

Well, I was completely wrong. This RAM has worked flawlessly from day one. I've been using it for more than three years now without any issues, crashes, or stability problems. It performs exactly as advertised and has proven to be both reliable and durable over time. The performance has been excellent, and it has handled everything I've thrown at it without missing a beat. Looking back, it turned out to be one of the best value-for-money purchases I've made for my PC. If you're hesitant simply because the brand isn't as famous as others, don't let that stop you. Based on my experience, this RAM works like a charm and has earned my trust after more than three years of continuous use. Highly recommended!
