It's an amazing product. If you are into fitness or starting your fitness journey, believe me there is nothing like this. The analytics and algorithms that fitbit have developed are just amazing. They give you so much data and is presented so logically that you are just blown off. Absolutely incredible. i was using Amazfit earlier, while the data capture is same, the analytics is way way better in Fitbit than Amazfit. I mean it is a different class. I have been using it for past 15 days now and without break i am opening the app every single day. Just go for it if you are planning to buy one. I assure you will not be disappointed

Absolute crap of a product!! I bought the fitbit charge 5, thinking that a company of this stature would provide quality service, but woe is me! I was sorely mistaken. The device's GPS tracker has been malfunctioning since day 1, and has never managed to connect even once. After 2 years of usage, the battery sensor has died, and the device can no longer decide whether the battery is 0% or 60% or 80%. Worst of all, this company has no service centres in India, and one cannot get it serviced. You can only ask for a replacement if the product is within the warranty period, otherwise you'll end up with a dead piece of electronic junk. It's better to buy a 3k Indian product, the shelf life of which might be longer. I am still using my Honor band 5 after 5 years. Reveals a lot about brands and their quality.

While there are numerous smartwatches in the market, this one stands out from the crowd. Compact, Accurate and reliable. Its not bulky like other watches its a fitness tracker and does a perfect job

It’s a good fitness tracker and a big upgrade for me from charge 2. It’s got all the necessary tracking software for sleep, heart rate and calories count during work out . Not a smart watch but a solid fitness tracker with good accuracy ! It gets the job done and is light on your wrist ! It’s got inbuilt gps but I’m not into running as of now ! The Fitbit app is also good with the readiness score and a neat navigation, it’s for you if you’re serious about fitness!

As my first fitness band, it works pretty well. I like the sleep tracking and ECG features. The battery lasts for 4-5 days without using the GPS with Max brightness and without using always on mode. I think the data might be off by 5-10% which is acceptable

I had used fitbit charge 3, which was too much accurate. I lost it, so purchased a latest model in that series, charge 5. After few days, I noticed that, it was showing all indicators wrong except time. And after use of just 6 months, its battery came down to only 1%. Not showing anything on display. After a charging of 10 to 12 hrs, it's battery percentage is only 1 %. I contacted to fitbit team, they asked me to clean the fitbit unit. Also I followed all instructions given by them. Though but it doesn't work. Finally team personnel told me that they would give me replacement. Almost one month have passed, I am waiting for replacement. Meanwhile I wrote 8 -9 emails, they just ask me to wait. Now I realised that, they will not give any replacement to me. So worst product and level 3 service. Don't buy such cheap product.

For such a high price, it is not worth it. I was certainly expecting a lot more at 10k+ when I bought this. While it is nice to have a smooth software experience, its functionality is not any different than your Xiaomi Mi Band 6. This Fitbit has consistently shown inaccurate readings with the step counter and burnt calories counter. With already have 600 or 700 steps before I even put the watch on. If you want the full-fledged Fitbit experience as well as the smartwatch experience, I would recommend going for the Apple Watch or the Samsung Galaxy watch. Garmin is also an amazing choice in terms of health tracking especially. Casual wearers can go for the cost-effective Xiaomi Mi Band as it is very reliable without any complaints or bugs in the hardware and software experience.

Have gone through the product description on the website before purchasing and I’m disappointed to see 3 of the functions I care doesn’t work Blood Glucose Tracking : This is an option to add the values from external monitor, charge 5 doesn’t have capacity to measure bg. Skin temperature: disappoint to know that this features works only during sleep and felt even bad with device malfunctioning, Same goes with SP02 tracker , it doesn’t track live , it’s overnight spo2 and it doesn’t work at all. Always overcounting the steps. It’s a glorified sleep tracker with GPS Edit 1: heart rate and temperature sensor has problems with hairy wrists. Either one can shave the patch or wear it inwards. Over the time , all the sensors started working fine. App with the premium subscription elevated the experience to new level.

Upgraded from Fitbit Inspire. Good features HR, pedometer, 02 sats, sleep monitor. Easy to read results. Comfortable to wear. Would recommend.

Update: 3 months after the last replacement, the unit has failed again This is my wife's 5th Fitbit over the years. I keep trying to get her an Apple Watch, but she likes the Fitbit as it last much longer on battery. So she's had fitbit2 (2 of them) Fitbit 3, Fitbit 5 (2 of them) None of them have lasted more than 2 years. The Fitbit 2 and 5 failed after just one year and were replaced under warranty. Fitbit customer service is absolutely hopeless to deal with, and they will take days to approve a replacement under warranty. Luckily I bought the Fitbit 5 through Amazon and this one was replaced after 11 months with no issue whatsoever. So it's a great device, it works great, amazingly long battery life. The period app I'm told works really well and is accurate. But they are just very fragile and will fail, hopefully for you within the warranty period.

十分な性能なんですよね。アプリもいいし。GPSもあるし。 でもね24時間365日つけるような使い方をすると、バッテリーが1年持たない。 たぶんこんな使用状況は想定してないと思うけど。

Easy move from fitbit 4 to 5. Like the coloured screen, but wish there were more clock faces to choose from. Seems to have all the right features. Like some of the new ones, such as water, and telling it when you go to sleep. Battery life seems fine.

Light and smooth to wear and handy to provide health information.
