I just received this Shilajit resin today and tried it right away. Even after the first use, I noticed a noticeable boost in my energy and overall focus. It doesn’t really have a strong taste, which makes it easy to take, and the texture is thick and authentic — exactly what you’d expect from a high-quality resin. This product was recommended to me by a friend who’s really into natural health and supplements, and he swears by it. Since it’s the same brand and type he uses, I decided to give it a shot, and so far I’m very happy with the purchase. It may be early, but I can already tell this is a quality product made with care. Definitely worth trying if you’re looking for a natural way to support energy and wellness. Just in case anybody wants to know I did not get any jitters from it. The size is a very good size for the small amount that you need not sure on the digestion benefits of it yet but like I said earlier, my friend swears on this stuff and he says it has helped him all around. Idky all the bad reviews because this is at least 3rd party tested with a cert of authenticity compared to others this a very good product

This was the first shilajit product I've ever tried, but it is living up to the hype, and the effects kicked in right from the start. My mind is clearer and more settled, and I have more genuine energy. And by "genuine", I mean energy that feels natural, not like the jittery, fake energy from a caffeinated beverage. And oddly, it doesn't interfere with my sleep-- even an afternoon nap. Perhaps the best way to describe the effects is that I feel 20 years younger (much of the time) when I take this stuff. The mini popsicle measuring sticks provided make for a crude tool. So I switched to using tiny stainless steel measuring spoons that you can find with a simple Amazon search on "measuring spoon pinch". They often come in a set, and I use either "Pinch" or the larger "Dash". The resin will cling to the bottom of the spoon, but I just scrape most of that off on the inside of the jar's lip, leaving the recommended pea-sized blob on the upper side of the spoon. I then put the loaded head of the spoon down into about an inch of warm water in a coffee mug, and let it dissolve as I get ready in the morning. After several minutes, it's ready to be stirred and drank. The flavor is distinct, but not offensive. This stuff actually works. I do wish it was lab tested for heavy metals, however.

I like that this product is 3rd party tested for its ingredients, vitamin, and safety, its a decent earthy taste with no strong smell, and the value for the amount of servings is great. I only take a star off because it got so so so dense with time that the wood breaks when I try to scoop it. Maybe a metal serving distributor would be better?

So I have been taking the shilajit resin now for 6 days straight and here's so things I noticed. 1. I wanted an energy enhancer and something to get me off drinking energy drinks everyday, I've never been able to stop because my headaches were absolutely unbearable. I've now gone 4 days without any energy drinks and have had 0 headaches (which is really uncommon I usually get a headache at least once a day). 2. I usually am not able to stay awake and watch TV on the couch after 9:30pm I typically crash almost immediately after sitting down. I've been able to stay up till at least 11pm the past few nights (I wake up at 6:30am). 3. Although I'm able to sleep very very well normally I don't usually wake up feeling well rested and it's very hard for me to get going in the morning. Now I wake up not really feeling groggy at all and am able to start my day right away. 4. Been more focused at work and able to complete my daily tasks with no issues. Typically I am very scatter brained. Now for the downside... and I only have 1. I have been having TERRIBLE nightmares and have been much more restless (tossing and turning) and I neverrrr have this kind of issue. I usually sleep straight through the night no problem. The strange thing is that I do feel better rested then I used to. I wish I knew what the correlation was? Maybe someone can explain. Overall I enjoy the product and will keep taking for now.

I love this product, but it didn’t come packaged correctly. They were no wooden tools to use to scoop out the shilajit.

This is my first experience with shilajit resin. I cannot compare it to other brands, as this is the only one I have tried. What I can share, is my personal experience with this particular resin. Most noticeable was my nearly immediate increase in energy. The first couple times I used this product, I dissolved it into hot breakfast tea. As the day progressed, I noticed that I wasn’t struggling with the usual brain fog. After a few days of promising results, I decided to try dissolving it under my tongue (sublingual). I was impressed that within 10 minutes, I felt energy and motivation that I have lacked for many months. I few years ago, I was in a car accident that left me with injuries to my head, face, and brain. Ever since the accident, I have struggled with mental clarity, memory, mental stamina and overall energy levels. The injuries I endured have left me with lasting pain in the form of headaches and mental fatigue. Since using this shilajit, I have seen a remarkable improvement in my feeling of wellness, but most importantly, I have felt an improvement in my brain’s functionality. It has been relieving, after years of wondering if I’d ever be myself again. I’m not back to 100%, but I’m close!! I am hopeful that continued use of this product will bring complete healing. The resin itself is very thick in consistency. The color and texture are smooth and even. It has a rich, smoky flavor, and I do not detect any sweetness or odor. When I dissolve the resin sublingually, I coat the tip of a small sugar spoon and let it rest in my mouth, under my tongue, for about 10 minutes. Usually, this is enough time for it to be fully dissolved and absorbed. This has become my preferred method, and it’s the first thing I do every morning. I am grateful to have found this product! I’ve been using it for almost two months (cycling it, as instructed) and I have at least two more months worth of product. This has been a great product for me!

I have purchased many brands of shilajit from different companies over the past few years, both from Amazon and companies from eBay, and this is the worst product and companies that I've ever dealt with, the first day when I opened this up it did not taste like any shilajit product that I ever used, let's first start with the taste, it tasted like beef bouillon, with a slight sweet taste and smell, second I did not get the same effects whatsoever, now trying to contact the company I was able to send a message and ask him what gives with the taste, no answer, try to track this company down and there's really no info, it basically gives different locations to try to get a hold of them, and other purchases made by people are questioning the legitimacy of the product and company, people on Reddit are asking other people if they think this product is a real product. You have to question it if they're not going to answer you. All I know is I'll give them one star for the product presentation of the jar, other than that I'm trying to find the company so I can get my money back.

I’ve been impressed with the quality of this shilajit resin. It has a smooth consistency, dissolves well in warm water, and comes in secure packaging with a measuring spoon for easy use. I purchased this Shilajit from Amazon, and it turned out to be quite solid and sticky, almost like hardened wax. It’s usually supposed to be light and easy to scoop, but this batch isn’t up to standard.

I was a bit sceptical, having read the amazing feedback. Still, I have to be honest and say that the product is of exceptional quality, not too bitter as reported by some, although this could be my tolerance level. I feel better, I sleep better, but not yet the benefits I'd hoped for. It has only been a week, so I shall persevere. By the way, the delivery was very fast, too.
