Great clearity

Picture quality is excellent.
As per specification all the qualities are fulfilled 100%. The sound system only normal, i was connected home theater and enjoying the theater feel.

Samsung quality has gone really bad
Got a new qled Samsung TV the demo guy only showed me a movie while installing which blacks out the top and bottom part. Few days later I noticed edge bleeding increasing every day on bottom side and tried to return but window had passed. Samsung support gave me a runaround sent me a faulty panel which didn't work. Compared to other companies which have better rated qled TVs I brought Samsung TVs thinking it would be better in quality and support but sadly I was mistaken. I have almost all things at home of Samsung brand but I guess it's gone case now. I will give other companies a try. Never going to buy Samsung again it's not worth it! Sony/LG be ready to take my money...

Ultimate Samsung product
Samsung qled tv is outstanding and next level performance. Picture quality 👌 is highly satisfactory. Cable channels also runs superior. Sound is also clear and bassy.

TV delivered in dirty condition
Tv got delivered with so much of dirt & dust on it. Tv was opened in front of Samsung installation guy & he had no explanation.

Broke down within a month.
The media could not be loaded. I bought this model and within a month my TV broke down since then I have been struggling to get it replaced but samsungs pathetic service have not given me any option. They agreed after a month of struggle and gave me a used product and told this is what they can provide. Worst TV brand please don't buy samsung and struggle like me. They have threatened me to take the used piece or they will cancel that also. I am left with no other option. Its shocking to see such big brand acting like a 3rd class company. Never going to trust samsung again. p.s look at the sound in video attached.
