They are 100% Silk. Very silky, comfortable and warm.

Are they supposed to be snug?

I found that they run large. They should be a snug fit to wear under clothing. I ordered a medium according to my measurements. After trying them on, they were very loose. I returned the medium and ordered a small. Can't wait to get them. They are super quality and feel SO SO good.
