Do I need to buy the oil separately or is it included and just needs to be put into the compressor?

Yes your compressor does come with oil and it's own air filter. But while it's shipped to you there is no oil in it. Make sure you put in the right amount in your compressor before start up

If I set the regulator (which is downstream of the tank) to 100 psi, what is its deadband (what downstream pressure will it start allowing flow at)?

When you start using the pressure tank it shouldn’t drop more than 15lbs, then it will energize back to 100.

What is the true height? Some descriptions show a 39''height and Amazon's list a 29'' height
