Heys America Marvel Adult 21" Hardside Spinner Carry-On (Spiderman)

My first Heys bag was their black and white polka dot, which received many compliments for its looks. I wasn't unhappy to get compliments, but I don't care about looks! I demand performance. That polka dot bag lasted over a year of my daily abuse! Finally the poor carrying handle started to give, and I knew I had to get another Heys. It has to be a Heys because I must have a bag that I can use every day. I have to walk up and down hills during my commute, including a steep, woodsy shortcut on my way to and from the bus stop.I have tried many other bags. But their wheels don't last longer than 2 months, if that. Other bags' handles won't go up, or won't go down, or both! (I bought a bag for $300 once, thinking that that was the only way to get something sturdy, and both the wheels and the handle were worthless!)But I loved that polka dot bag--as I told everyone who complimented me--and I would have bought it again. The only thing that I would have tweaked about it was the extension handle, which was unpleasantly squishy. Well, Heys heard my unvoiced complaint, and my new spidey-bag has a perfect, non-squishy extension handle! It is also expandable, making it even more useful.Don't keep hunting for your new bag. Let's keep Heys in business so the other bag manufacturers won't be able to torture us again!

Love this case. The wheels are sturdy and the overall build quality is very good. The finish on the case is smooth and glossy, so you'll want to be careful where you place it when opened up, in order to keep it from getting scratched.

I bought this as a carry-on for my 10 year old and he loved it. It held 5 days of clothing plus his toiletries with room to spare. The bag rolls easily and is lightweight. He had no trouble lowering the handle and toting it when needed.
