Snoozer Luxury Lookout Pet Car Seat, Large Luxury II, Buckskin with Java

UPDATE AFTER ! YEAR: still going strong! Still washes great! No stretching or tearing of cover...I wash it in the washer and dry it in the dryer most of the time...sometimes I air dry. I purchased this because my frenchie got car sick. I drive a sports car w bucket seats, and she was too low in the seat to see out. This was perfect for the front seat... I just turned it sideways! the foam lets the seatbelt grab on to it just like if it were the regular way. I got the large because I own two frenchies... one 21 pounds and one 25 pounds. They fit just fine together, and both of them can stretch out. Yes, they do touch each other, but they crate together and are litter mates so they'd do it anyway. The color really hides dirty paw prints. My dogs are light in color, so the hair shows, but it washes easily. It comes with a pillow that you can skip using if your dog would need higher walls on the sides to encourage him to stay in the bed. Did that the first couple times w my dogs just so that they'd get the concept, then put the pillow back in for good. The cover slips on/off more easily than I would have suspected. So far, it washes well. The drawer is useless for us, but some might find it handy for bowls etc. The strap is a nice touch and of good quality. The foam sides are not of the best/most dense quality, but am confident this will last me a while. Recommended.

Have only had the chance to use the luxury seat for a few weeks now -- but it appears to be a well-made and quality product. The seat is perfect for our 31-pound Mini-Bernadoodle. She loves to curl up on the cushion to snooze, and the extra elevation provides her the ability to catch views from the car windows when she wants. My fear was that she wouldn't want to climb into the seat -- but she took to it immediately. :)

I got this for travel with my Norwegian Buhund. She is 35l lbs give or take. This is just right for her with say 5 lbs wiggle room . The Seat is positioned pretty high which is nice because she can lay down and still see out from a laying position. I do not use the cushion to me it just makes it to high and her unbalanced. I put the seat in the back seat and turned it length way using the front passenger seat as a brace. This way I can bring down the middle arm rest in the back seat. I also using the seat belt and enclosed strap along with a harness to keep her secure. She has plenty of room to turn around, sit up, lay down and be comfortable . I like the material it is washable. I got the black because I have a black dog. I also like the drawer. I keep extra poop bags, water bowl , leash , bones and toys for travel. All in all I am very happy with this purchase. I have had it for about 1 month .

This fits my two French Bulldogs 22 and 24 lbs. The main reason for the purchase was to keep them contained during long car rides. The two dogs are easily able to snuggle together. I feel the foam padding allows the dogs to be very comfortable. I purchased a third strap and the 10 lbs Chihuahua also occasionally sits with them. They are able to sleep in a puppy pile which is what I wanted. The sides of this seat are soft so they do move when the dog pushes or tries to stand on them. This didn’t bother me, but it was different from our previous seat which had more rigid sides.

My puppies hated the car and even short trips were filled with anxiety and angst. This seat fits both of my yorkies and they are able to see out of the Windows without obstruction. It was easy to secure in the back seat and came with 2 seatbelt attachments to hook onto their harnesses which can be stored in the drawer in front. My puppies were much calmer and secured well when their harnesses were attached. Nice material, although a bit pricey.

My pup loves it so much !! My younger one has a horrible car sick and anxiety. He throws up after 2-30min car ride since he was a puppy but after we got this car seat surprisingly, he never threw up in the car. We even made it to 12 hours road trip

Our 6-month old pup absolutely loves her carseat. The harness attachment keeps her safe and secure and she curls right up and goes to sleep on the comfy bench. The bench is tall enough that she can see out of the both the side and front windows of the car. The only drawback is that the pillow is a bit too large/fluffy for her to get properly settled and comfy. But once we removed the pillow during the first road test, she was happy as could be!

I like the idea of this though logistically in the back seat of my Ford Escape, it sits really high with the pillow in it. Whippet puppy's head touches ceiling. Took out he pillow and put in soft blanket. He seems to be more at ease but defeats the purpose as its it like a box spring rather than a cushy ride. We have the halter attached and grateful he won't be flying through the window on a quick stop. Haven't found a use for the compartments. Wish it sat little lower. Material us nice and cleans easy. Color is nice,

Bought one too large but now both can fit in it and they LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it! Excellent quality too!

Very pleased with this product. Love the slim lines - it fits perfectly in the middle of our back seat. We had an older version of this car seat, but upgraded to this one when we purchased a new vehicle. Really impressed with the quality and the size and love the storage compartment.

This is a BEAUTIFUL car seat. Unfortunately it was much too big for my purposes so I returned it for a prompt refund.

Fits in my car in the front seat but sideways. Very secure as I can move the seat to make it snug against the dashboard! Will fit better in the back seat as it was intended with the seat belt.. This was to hold 2 small dogs but I think my Pomeranian has taken full possession of it. He loves it! Haven't taken them for a ride yet with it. But, in the house they love it as a doggie bed! My Pomeranian used it all day in the house. Makes for a nice day bed also. Size of the pull out drawer, impressive! Will hold their leashes no problem. I may go for a smaller size, as the Pomeranian thinks its only for him! And give the other dog a chance! I may have to purchase another one so it fits properly in the front seat and the other dog can have this one in the back seat. Overall, very impressed with it. And delivery was phenomenal You won't be disappointed with this product!!. Love the colour!

This is a great product!!! I have been searching for a long time to find a dog bed/seat for my car, that would accommodate both my Chihuahuas (6 lbs. & 12 lbs.). The cushion is easily removable for cleaning/vacuuming as needed and is securely buckled into the back seat. In addition, two seat belt attachments were included to allow dogs to be "buckled in" by their harness.
