These are FAR better than I imagined! My 6 and 2 year olds love them (as do my hubby & I). They are built well, fit in kids hands well, the interchangeable clips add to imaginative play, the range is fantastic! We live in a city and can still get 1/2 mile range easily - and NO troubles in and around our home. I used regular batteries and they seem to last pretty long. Added bonus is that you can use rechargeable batteries directly with the devices with the proper USB cable. This will be my go-to gift for friends for sure!

Little hard to work for my 2 and 4. Year old grandsons , they lost interest fast after switching to different channels and not being able to talk to each other. Will save them and give them to them when a little older .

We purchased GoTalkie for Christmas for my two boys. At first I was kind of shocked a the size, of the box they came in and was a little skeptical of the quality. But judge not by appearances! These talkies and FANTASTIC! The interchangeable plates are easy for them to remove and replace. They are also very easy to use. Plus they go the distance. We have a park in our neighborhood and they take one of the talkies and the other is left with us, and it is a perfect way to communicate with them. I would recommend these.

I was so surprised by these little guys. They were smaller than I thought they would be. Easy to hold. My 4 year old loved them playing with papaw. Thry only thibg was if they had a little light to be able to tell if they had the button on or not would be helpful. But over all they were clear and the range.was good. Really great quality and very durable.

These are awesome!! Took my 4 y/o about 5 min to learn how it works, and she hasnt put it down since. Cute pieces, smaller than regular walkie talkies, which is good because its easy to use even for small fingers, and the talk button is not a hassle to push to talk. The features on it are great, though kids dont use them much, we keep it simple, but thats the age. I can imagine an older kid play around with them a bit. however, the plates are awesome! Only wish it would come with one or two girl theme ones, but the truth is my girls picked from the ones that came with them, and they were happy

The walkie talkies were good enough but one broke extremely easily about a month after my son received them as a xmas gift. Amazon told me to call company directly about possible replacement or repair since it had been more than 30 days since purchased. That's fine. Called Dress Up America many times over next few weeks and could never get a human on phone. Finally a customer service rep answered and the only option she gave me was to try and call amazon again and maybe I'd get lucky and they'd help me. That's a direct quote. It was like she was mad I had called them or something. Very strange. She was rude, condescending, short with me and had absolutely no basic telephone manners. Then to top it off she just hung up phone when she was done speaking. I was so shocked I called right back and asked her if she realized she had hung up on me and her response was "yep, the call was over." Then total silence until just said ok thanks and bye. Was speechless. So...I'm just going to forget about this set of walkie talkies and buy a different set from another manufacturer. But because of this one phone call I will NEVER buy a product of any kind made by Dress Up America. NEVER. I'm more bothered by how horrible the customer service was than I am at how easily and quickly the product broke. Do not recommend at all.

Really simple set of Walkie Talkies that my kids play with every day. Bought to keep them busy over the holidays and while they had some vacation from school, tons of fun. Even at night, the little flashlight at the top is useful and convenient for them to read for a few minutes in bed.I hope they continue to use and have fun for a long time.

My daughter loves these Walkie talkies! They seem to work really well! She loves that she can change the plates on the front also! I had read these were small and looked at the picture before buying but when they came in the mail I was shocked how small they are! I was concerned they may not work or be "junk". So far so good! I would recommend this product.

A bit small but good quality. My son likes them.

Brought for my 4year old grandson for his birthday and he loved them, but after a few minutes they kept making this horrible noise, very high pitch noise and you couldn't turn it down or off.

Good - but Xmas present and cannot comment fully as yet
