Terrible packing, broken on arrival
Lovely soap dispenser was badly cracked on arrival and leaking. Packed only loose in flimsy bubblewrap envelope.Scent is overwhelmingly cloying. I returned it and ordered the same from Antica Farmacista's website, thinking the scent may be less irritating. Some reviewers have said that Amazon's supply of this company's products is inferior to Nordstrom's, etc. So I thought I'd give another try from another source. Also, I am now suspicious of Amazon's packaging for breakable items.

Arrived damaged
Arrived damaged. Crack in the top of the bottle and leaking throughout the package. Smelled it before I opened it; luckily it smells great.
