Great! I honestly got it for posture because I’m unfortunately already a skinny Minnie . The only thing is I break out at my belly button, no matter if I put a shirt on first and the product on after or if I put it on my bare skin. Not sure if anyone else is having this issue or if it’s just my sensitive skin. Anyways, it’s flexible enough that I can bend and tie my shoes. I don’t wear it longer than 8 hours and I hand wash it with regular detergent and hang dry. It doesn’t distort the product at all and the product doesn’t bleed.

I am 5’2 and a half and weigh about 120. Been gaining a bit of weight and losing my shape so just wanted to have a waist trainer to suck everything in and train the hour glass shape along with some exercising. I bought a XS based on the short torso option and it probably is a size too small but I manage to hook it in at the largest setting. It really feels firm and secure and helps give you great posture and a little bit of a push up on the boobs as well. Who can complain about that? It is very comfortable and I feel like I can wear it all day. I can’t speak for its effectiveness just yet since I just got it but I’m loving it so far. I let my daughter try it on and she likes it too so I am getting her one as well. Highly recommend! I ordered another waist trainer awhile back which was a bit different from this one. It did not fit me properly and it felt big and loose. Not flattering on at all. I returned it and felt a bit unmotivated to order another one because I was afraid I’d be disappointed again. I’m glad I gave it another shot and ordered this one

I love this waist trainer, tummy control product, back supporter. It gets the job done well. Very comfortable. If you're short like me, 5'4, it's perfect, but for those who are shorter like 5'3 it may be too long for your torso. However, I highly recommend this product. Hopefully, I won't have to buy another one anytime soon, but will not hesitate to do so. It's worth the every dime. Don't forget, it runs about 2 sizes smaller. If you're a size 14/16, you will need a 2XL unless you have a flatter stomach. It gives me great support for my back as well.

This waist trainer is really great. I am 5'2 and I order the smaller torso- xs.. At first, you may have trouble putting it in as this is not super stretchy, but once you wear it, t is really comfortable. I just had a baby and I've been using so many types and different brands of WT but I am not happy with them unlike this one. It fits perfectly and it hides the pooch I have from pregnancy. Another thing too, this may not be as stretchy as the others but it isn't an issue to me at all.
