Fun and Function's Sens-ational Hip Hugging White T-Shirt Long Sleeves for Kids XS (Ages 4-5) - for Children with Sensory Integration Disorder - Provides All-Day Deep Pressure

Purchased this for my son to wear at school under his clothes. He has ADHD and is on the autism spectrum as well as having some sensory processing issues. He says this shirt, along with the weighted denim cap (also available from Fun and Function) help him focus at school. We have noticed better mood and emotional regulation and are relieved to find a product that helps him! Highly recommend this shirt as well as the weighted baseball cap and other products from Fun and Function. He just turned 7 and is on the thin side. I debated sizing down for the shirt to make sure it was tight enough that he'd feel the "hug" but I ended up going with the 6/7. It fits like a glove! He loves the deep compression and wants to wear it every day. I'm buying a few more.

This shirt was suggested to us by my kiddos OT for her overstimulation. I was skeptical but the first time she wore it she was pulling it down over her hips so she could utilize more of the fabric. The sleeves aren’t super tight but that works great for us bc my kiddo doesn’t like long sleeves so she rolls them up. One of her favorite shirts. Worth the money.

This shirts are great, they provide deep pressure while allowing the child to still fit in with peers. Which is one the things i find most important when purchasing such materials as i do not want my son to feel ostracized from his peers when utilizing support he needs. I was able to see an immediate change in his behavior since he has had the shirts.

This doesn't do its job for some children. 1 My God child is on the spectrum and it helps her deal with her aggression when she is in class but for my daughter it did not work at all she still is at a 1000 at certain events and she is on the spectrum as well. It's a touching goal for children on the spectrum it may and may not work is up to you suggest purchase this shirt and hope it works if not it works as a great thermal in the cold

excellent for my ASD son eho says he loved getting a hig all day. I thinknit helps him feel more secure. I am surprised it has seams and tags but my son didn’t have an issue with them.

Seemed to run small for my 6 year old. Wish I would have ordered the next size up.
