Good beginner ebike
This bike is overall super nice. The price is really affordable (for an ebike that is.) I weight 160LBS and it can still hit 22MPH on flat ground even with an added 50ish LBS. The breaks do squeak, but they work really well. It shifts nice too. I enjoy taking it on the mountain trails near me.

Fun to ride - Excellent price - Packaged very well for shipping
I had previously purchased a Jasion EB5 for my son. Liked it so much that I decided to buy to TotGuard T266 for me and my wife. There are advantages to both bikes. The TotGuard is slightly more affordable, although not a big difference in price. The TotGuard has 21 speeds for when you are using it in normal riding mode (Awesome!), while the Jasion only has 7 speeds. If the speeds don't matter to you, the Jasion has a little better build quality, a much more comfortble seat, and the handlebar riser is adjustable, unlike the TotGuard which is in a fixed position. The price of both bikes and shipping seem to fluxuate daily so watch them for a few days before purchasing to save as much as $100. I do absolutely love my Totguard so far!

Great Bike!!!
I bought this bike to travel to work two and a half miles up and over some really big hills, used to take me 20 minutes and I'd have to get off my bike before I made it over both hills and walk, not with this bike it's pretty much the greatest bike I've ever bought in my life. Been going to work 2 months straight now before I wrote this review to make sure it was cool and I'm so happy! I'm 240 lb and this bike gets me up the hill no problem, now it only takes me 10 minutes to get to work with zero effort, for the price you can't lose! (Just update I've had the bike 8 months now 1250 miles & I had to replace the pads for the brakes 1 time just recently, that's it amazing bike!!)

Warranty is worthless, seller is unhelpful, bike is decent.
The bike itself is pretty good value for the cost. I tend to ride up decently steep hills daily which is one of the reasons I bought this model as it advertised 30 degree climbing. The battery life, speed, and acceleration of the bike were good. It was about $400 when I bought it and it's $280 now. It's probably worth buying as long as you don't depend on the warranty. Consider it disposable after 12 months if you use it daily. It will probably last longer if you use it less frequently. I say consider it disposable as you will either be hard pressed to find the most important replacement parts or they will cost a great deal compared to the bike. I didn't really have any problems with the bike for about 11 months after which the motor started making a grinding noise and stopped outputting power when throttling. The description states a 12 month warranty and Totguard's website states that Fykee is responsible for repairing any defective product free of charge. Upon contacting the seller for warrantied repairs the asked me to contact them via email. They then started providing technical support and wanted me to repair the motor myself. When I requested they have it repaired under the warranty, they said they could offer a $200 discount on any repairs after I have it repaired at a shop. So they have already changed the terms of the warranty. I now have to find my own shop, they would not find or provide a professional repair location, I have to pay up front for repairs, and I will not be reimbursed, but instead provided a $200 re-imbursement on whatever the cost is. When I mentioned the original (and still currently advertised) Totguard warranty, they then offered to reimburse me for repairs after I paid for them myself. I pointed out again that that is not the original warranty terms but they refused any other terms. I asked if there were any services that they have service agreements to provide free of charge warranty service with and they do not. So it seems the warranty terms are completely false. Since it wasn't mentioned, I asked how I would be reimbursed for the repairs, they said it would be a credit to the amazon account. So it wouldn't even be reimbursed in cash or a check, it would be in amazon credit. After searching locally, no local shops will repair this type of e-bike, either due to the type of motor, or a lack of parts availability. I tell this to the seller and ask them if they can send me a replacement wheel and motor hub. They check and they can't get replacement parts. They tell the best they can offer is a $100 refund and graciously allow me to keep my broken bike that can't be fixed. This entire warranty repair process has taken two months with no progress. The seller is incompetent at best and a fraud at worst.

Its a good inexpensive ebike
I love the bike. Its my first ebike and I enjoy riding again. Riding a bike when you are older is not the same kind of fun and now Its fun again. I do have a few issues. A minor issue is the light is not well attached to the bike. No matter how much I tried to tighten the light to the bike, it would always seem to move. Also it would be great to have recommend accessories that would fit the bike cause I had to rig a basket to the handlebars. CThe main issue is the battery. It does work well but they do not last forever and it seems you cannot buy a replacement battery. It seems you have to buy a battery with a new mount which may lead to rewire your bike. Maybe there is a work around solution, but I have not found it yet

Smooth and Fast ๐ฒ๐ฒ
First of all this bike included everything you needed to put it together which was appreciated. Specifically the front axle came with a quick detach or a solid axle meaning you could keep the axle attached or is the QD axel. Total this probably took me about 30 minutes to build. I was really impressed that the white came with this brakes on the front and back and a really good brand (shimano). Depending on how you were use a spike I think youโre great feature is that the battery totally detaches from the frame and can be taken in charge separately from the bike frame. This is different from some electric scooters over in the past as you have to take the entire unit to the charging location. Acceleration is nice and smooth and flat ground I got the bike up to 19.8 mph! The adjustable and lockable suspension in the front makes riding over uneven/ bumpy surfaces a breeze. If youโre curious about the life or power of your battery you can see this displayed on the side of the actual battery or the display on the handlebars. This bike was easy for me to work I would consider myself a novice when it comes to mountain bikes Iโve always written a fixed gear. Very fun and green! I hope this was helpful!

Great company to work with
Pros: Nice looking bike, works well Decent speed Speed control is on the right handle Can be accelerated from the handle without need of breaking inertia first Cons: Battery is dead after 4 months of use. I contacted seller and they replied fast, however on the reply through Amazon chat, seller instructed me to upload a video and it is impossible to upload it, the attach file option does not accept any .mov, .mkv, .wmv, .mp4 extensions and it can not be bigger than 10mb. I uploaded a short video here so the seller can look at it. I am still in the process of obtaining help from the seller, I will update my review later on. Update from 12/06/2023 Amazing company to work with, stands behind its product. I contacted the company to try and get a replacement battery. Quick answer with instructions on how to reset the battery and specific instructions to submit a video showing the problem Battery replacement was out of stock but company offered a refund and the instruction on how to submit the pictures following their instructions to deactivate parts on the e-bike. Today I was notified that in 2-3 days a refund will be applied into the card I used for the purchase. I will recommend this company, any product can fail but it is awesome when the consumer knows the manufacturer stands behind its product. P.S. It would be great if the e-bike would include the option for a second battery.
