I work as a daycare teacher and we wash our hands almost as often as nurses. Sometimes I wash my hands 10 times in 20 minutes. Obviously this really dries your hands out, and I have callouses on my knuckles to prove it. This lotion makes a huge difference! It stays one between washes so I only need to reapply a few times a day. My nails, cuticles, and hands look so much better since I started to use it! It doesn't smell strongly and rubs in quickly. Your hands definitely do not feel greasy after use. It's amazing how it feels light-weight but does the job of a heavier cream.

This is a wonderful product. My husband has a problem where his hands are so dry they crack and bleed by the fingernails, when using this product it stays on even when you wash your hands, and it has helped him tremendously. It dries pretty quickly. It is not greasy and it is a little costly but worth it.

I got this because I'm a painter and saw it featured on a youtube channel as an alternative to wearing gloves when painting, gluing, etc. I thought $20 for a smallish bottle seemed a little steep but bought it anyway. It looks feels and smells like Lubriderm. Maybe it's a little less watery, maybe it's exactly the same. IDK, but it costs more than 2x what I can get at the grocery store. As far as a shield from chemicals, I've used suntan lotion, and every other kind of hand lotion, they all work the same. If the paint can't stick to it, it can't stain to your hands. If it does stick to your hands, you prob. didn't use enough. If you're painting, use a generous amount and wear gloves. If you're cleaning up after painting, use even more. As a daily lotion. This product is ok, it did not heal my GF's psoriasis or eczema spots but it seems to not make things worse like some scented lotions and some other high-price lotions. It seems like a good product, a little more expensive than the competition, very possibly rebranded with better marketing.

The skin on my hands was so broken and cracked that they were bleeding. My dermatologist highly recommended this product to protect my skin even as a habitual hand washer. On the very first use I saw immediate improvement. It goes on easily, absorbs quickly and withstands several hand washings. It's helping to effectively protect my broken skin while prescription meds do their job. Once my hands are back in shape I plan to continuously use this product as a layer of protection. I'm already reordering.

I use it often when I wash my hands or having dermatitis/allergic reactions and dry cracked bleeding hands. It really does well smoothing and softening hands without burning or irritation. Some reviews mention they can't believe it doesn't wash away. I can say some of the product is absorbed right away and well enough that they can say it doesn't wash away. However, if you continue to have/do things that irritable your skin, you may need to reapply it. One push goes a long way though as it spreads very thin. If ypu have terrible cracks and flaking skin, I truly believe this will offer a great amount of relief. Mine arrived cracked at the lid but not returnable but I was able to salvage it to still use with minimal loss.

Works as advertised. It is very expensive, so I use it only when I'm really rough on my hands or need to wash my hands frequently. For example, the soap at my office is the cheap pink variety that dries my hands out like crazy if I don't use moisturizer immediately. I use this moisturizer before I head into the office, and I'm good for the rest of the day. Similarly, if I'm doing a lot of kitchen work like holiday baking + cooking, my hands are still good after washing my hands 10 times, including handling and washing off butter and meat grease.

It’s useful

I have used this for 7 days now and it turned my cracked and dry hands soft and smooth. Shielding lotion is better than moisturizer hands down, pun intended.
