Teapot arrived, however no sugar bowl or milk jug as advertised

I found the description confusing as it stated teapot set with sugar bowl & cream jug. When it arrived, beautifully packaged, there was no teapot included. I then realised that I had to order the teapot separately? My friend agreed with me as I thought it was just me being stupid! It was a pity as I had planned an afternoon tea but had no matching teapot. I have since purchased one. The wording needs to be changed? Otherwise lovely product.

Bought the whole afternoon tea set as a Christmas gift. Absolutely stunning. Quality is superb. Packaging was sturdy and compact. Boxes they come in are beautiful. Have decided to gift as a wedding present instead as it’s that stunning.

I ordered on 30/01/21 to only receive just the teapot when it states a set of 3 , it is so lovely and dainty just perfect for an afternoon tea or lunch but don’t waste your money as not the full description

Really happy with the set all arrived well packaged and in their own pretty storage boxes. Had a slight problem with wrong plates arriving but this was quickly resolved and the correct ones sent out. Really good communication and quick to respond to messages. Would highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service.
